The judiciary SWORN to uphold our constitution; WILL answer/ or be held in contempt of our democracy. IT IS your job; to uphold constitutional law. AVOIDANCE IS BETRAYAL of this nation. OR PROVE; IT IS ERRANT, WITH YOUR SIGNATURE; AS PROOF.
Prove I failed the test of citizenship; as guaranteed to each one.
Because I stand not as an individual/ but as state and nation demanding our laws as created by we the people/ for our own defense.
WHO ARE guaranteed these legal rights of redress; by OUR democracy. If errant/ the entire nation; “needs to know”.
“university science says: we can ignite the same fire here as is on the sun/ because their claim of FIRE: with million mile long flames”; will just extinguish itself. “not enough gravity here to sustain the fire”.

Which does mean: the sphere called a sun is: being governed by thermodynamic laws. The result; like a candle; will suck up the fuel of those atoms into the fire; by the effects of extreme radiation. Which allows it to burn over time/ instead of “burning out” as is: the fuel is now gone. A NUCLEAR VACUUM; the difference between chemical and atomic energy release; science declares is: 4 million times more!
Here on earth ONCE THAT EXISTS/ there is no stopping the reaction. IT DEMANDS FIRE SHALL CONTINUE; “until the fuel called atoms; has ended/ or the planet explodes in a supernova event.”
IT IS; the pull of the neutron (opposite or dark energy); DIVIDING THE ATOM; that makes it possible/ and that completes the existence of solar gravity. WHILE heat and its radiation, is pushed out, the result of the proton spin (the energy source of time).
Prove me wrong. OR, Prove their claim is not fantasy or delusions; “belief”.
There is no room for compromise.
The result of law: YOU will be on trial, if you fail our constitution as is treason. Because the judiciary has no control over the constitution. Merely for convenience; on opinion is issued; because redress means: the nation decides. The constitution decides as written into our governing laws/ until proven wrong; as requires change; by us all.
As stated in Article 4 of the US constitution: each state has its own full faith and credit; to decide for itself, based upon their own constitution. YOU CANNOT decide; for the state of IL.
But the federal government CAN enforce; the state WILL obey its own constitutional guarantees to the people. As is your job.
CONSTITUTIONAL LAW IS: as defined by article 6. “the constitution… shall be the supreme law of the land, and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby….! Making, the use of judicial silence or rules intended to overtake our government, when confronted by constitutional law; an act of rebellion.
THE QUESTION PRESENTED: IS REDRESS, LAW OF OUR GOVERNMENT/ defender of our DEMOCRACY? PROOF of our ownership AS A NATION OR STATE?

the foundation being: no employee was given the legal right to use our government or deny its protections/ for their own personal beliefs, theft, or religion. To create illegal barriers to the court; is anarchy. To assume the universities “are god”/ and cannot be questioned: is tyranny. TO AVOID THE LAW, with silence: that is constitutionally verified redress; OUR LEGAL METHOD of proving ownership as a democracy: is an insurgency. A corruption of the total authority: that is WE THE PEOPLE, ARE OWNERS HERE.
DEMANDING; HOW WILL YOU CONTROL THE NUCLEAR (lets burn atoms) FIRE “ just like the sun”/ IS A LEGAL RIGHT TO KNOW! “SAME fire/ same result” . Nobody is allowed including the judiciary: TO THREATEN MY LIFE, NATURE, OR WORLD: without my true consent.

Is valid proof of legal jurisdiction: our state and our nation and our world is at risk of death. YOUR JOB IS TO PROTECT THE NATION AND ITS FUTURE; And that, refutes all legal complaint: “of a short and plain statement”. The demand is: STOP THEM. And it is fully understood; we cannot “wait and see”. CULT WORSHIP is in view; as the believer uses their religion to describe “nothing can go wrong”. PROOF is demanded/ not religion. REDRESS is the legal method for deciding; WITHOUT WAR! If our nation or state, is under attack; by our employees/ OR THEY HAVE LOST THEIR MIND. It is our guarantee to ourselves: WE HOLD THE LAST SAY/ the final authority; on what is true of this contract between ourselves as a state or nation.
By the evidence of a courtroom: WE THE PEOPLE DECIDE; by our own redress if final; vote. IF CHANGE is required,
as is democracy enforced.
The threshold being: is redress a first amendment/ 5th amendment of IL constitutional guarantees: THE LAW OF OUR NATION AND STATE?

But if it is not: then even though the judiciary has no control over the constitution/ you will state your case before we the people who shall then decide; “treason or not”? AS IS YOUR JOB; SWORN TO OBEY.

Therefore the jurisdiction is: enforce our constitutional law as is redress; mandatory by oath: for both state and nation. IS MANDATORY. OR, Prove it is not so; the law of government, in this society grants no one “King”/ and requires THE LAW and your employment; belongs only to ourselves. That shall be so by oath.

YOU ARE employed to operate the business of government: BUT, granted that position ONLY when swearing to uphold the constitution as written.
No authority is given for immunity, by creating rules, to overwrite the law; from any employee: including the judiciary: is treason.
WE THE PEOPLE exist as owners here. Which means we decide/ by our constitution as is the government: of this United States.
No exemption exists: to claim employees are superior to the law. No rule exists; to overturn our democracy, by your rule. The law of our government decides as written!
Therefore the burden of proof; is in your hands. Because denial of constitutional mandates/ the guarantees we have given to ourselves; are not granted, by law; to the judiciary. Which are then, a criminal action if you fail. A cause for trial by treason against you.
While that is true: I have only one objective in this lawsuit. TO INFORM THE PUBLIC; THERE IS NO COMING BACK TO LIFE ON EARTH; if their experiments go wrong.

OUR WORLD/ OUR NATION/ OUR STATE;
IS BEING THREATENED with experimentation of such an extreme nature: that we can be incinerated, as a world: if the people attempting these experiments; are WRONG.
Cognizable legal claims: So as guaranteed by my constitution of democracy; as is WE THE PEOPLE ARE OWNERS HERE. THE LEGAL REMEDY IS; redress of grievances; as is we will decide for ourselves/ by vote of WE THE PEOPLE TO DECIDE IF THESE EXPERIMENTS SHALL BE DONE HERE; WITH OUR LIVES, AND OUR WORLD THE COST OF BEING WRONG.
It is not up to the judiciary in any capacity; to claim “they know”/ YOU DO NOT. Consequently your decision is to prove BY LAW OF EVIDENCE; in court; so that we all know/ as best we can. TO PROTECT AND DEFEND OURSELVES from a nation given over to the universities decide for us all. As is communism. A fatal flaw being flaunted by the claim of immunity. The constitution has consented for you: it is not your employee right: to judge against our government. Because I am NOT a believer/ and your religion, or its beliefs: are NOT a participant in this nation; or in this government.
The coherent demand: PROVE WHAT IS TRUE. BECAUSE WRONG MEANS: THE EARTH BECOMES A SUN. OR, prove that is false! PRESENT YOUR EVIDENCE: TO THIS NATION AND THIS WORLD.
THE DEMAND FOR RELIEF: And we will decide for ourselves; by vote/ as redress establishes is the law of our democracy.
Which you swore to obey. WE WILL NOT decide “wrong or right”! each of these elements are: recognized grounds for the courts jurisdiction/ and designs the legal remedy sought.
The assertion of “university” recognizes; that all who claim the work/ can be hidden by other names; and as such believe they escape our authority as a nation to say no. consequently “university” exists; to CLOSE that door/ and establish all those who believe a diploma entitles them to continue has been taken away; by our own decision as democracy enforced.
Each of these foundations of trial; are beyond the judiciary to contend as they are constitutional law/ and not subject to judicial discretion. According to article 3 of the US constitution; as governed by section 2 .1. “...under the constitution/ not above it..” therefore your claim for immunity either as a state or nation is moot. It does not exist in law. A form of traitor.
Any further assertion of immunity is regarded as anarchy; because you are intending to destroy the constitution itself. And that is rebellion against our democracy. Both state and nation.
Further THE RULE DOES NOT CONTROL CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. The law controls every rule, and there are no exceptions; other than betrayal.
As to relief: their claim of superiority to any and all demands for evidence; to prove the risks being taken with our world/ with our money/ with our nature/ with our future/ with our oceans/ with everything devised by “university is god”; as is the claim of all who say; WE DON’T HAVE TO JUSTIFY ANYTHING! Is false. The claim of superiority and its assertion of expertise is not justified by law. The critical evidence of proof MUST EXIST.
INSTEAD THE LAW IS GUARANTEED TO EXIST: TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE, AND THIS NATION OR STATE: FROM ANY FORM OF UNDUE CRITICAL HARM/ OR FOR ANY EXTREME CAUSE. AS IS: WE CANNOT WAIT “TO SEE”/ AS THAT IS TOO LATE. WRONG MEANS EXTINCTION; prove it is not so.
Demanding how will you control a nuclear fire as is the purpose of: the primary subject of this lawsuit, called redress for the people as is our contractual government, by constitutional decree: to judge for ourselves! If those claiming the universities WILL bring the same fire here/ as is on the sun”. Can be wrong/ and cost us all both life and world! The judiciary is not entitled to claim: “we believe”/ and is moot. But the people are entitled to address the failure of our government/ and decide upon its change for ourselves. As such examples are given. As is the purpose of democracy; “we the people”. Shall rule ourselves/ by law, not leaders.
As is the criminal assault: of teaching the religion called evolution; throughout the educational system. As is the criminal assault of using evolution as it guide to injecting all of nature with chaos; in worship of that religion. As is the propaganda of media; in its constant version of “university knows”; as with COVID. An unproven pandemic.
As is the criminal assault: of, counterfeiting our currency and creating debts we cannot pay; using media to insist inflation which is the increase in currency; is not.
As is the criminal assault: A reality of ending “the free press” by ownership of “basically all media”: by a very tiny few called the powerful shall decide. That is betrayal; a further attack on the first amendment/ along with evolution (no proof) religion/ redress refused with silence. Speech was defeated with covid/ “only the universities decide”.
As is the criminal assault; you may not allow the fourth amendment to be vanquished from real world existence. Nothing is more personal than a face, or the security to use my work as a payment/ by stealing the currency itself with debt or inflation; making me your slave. Nothing is more blatant of tyranny; than claiming “everyone is a suspected terrorist”; therefore we must have endless information gathered on each one. You have no legal right; to use this government in any way or method; that is not defined as “democracy enforced”.. amendment 9.
As is the criminal assault: : of tariffs which is taxation, by disguise; without representation/ WE PAY. Which is denial of constitutional mandate; as is article one section 7 “ALL bills for raising revenue shall originate in the house of representatives…..”

Which has nothing to do with lifetime appointments/ or realities of bad behavior; as is silence over constitutional law; so as to defeat it, without trial/ or oversight by the public.

Short and plain statement: The court exists in its entirety: TO SERVE THE PUBLIC WITH JUSTIFIED AUTHORITY over any and all inherent threats to our existence. Defying constitutional intent; our government has been invaded; by an insurgency enforced through “university leads”; represents an act of war. We did not vote for them to make our decision. Religious belief in universities is not warranted. As is covid/ as is experiments injecting chaos into nature/ as is experiments which ignite a nuclear fire/ as is poisoning the earth or believing global warming is just a game of fools/ as is the future of life on earth which will soon be extinction. Because religious worship of universities does in fact exist. Thereby demanding “BELIEVE DAMN YOU BELIEVE”/ rather than proof of anything real, as evidence grants, by cause to accept what is true.
Within those words; democracy has failed. Given away to universities our government/ to decide, as with covid. Or the lie that is fusion. Or a thousand more realities of religious beliefs; claimed, by “university expertise”.
Redress seeks to change, what must be changed: by the evidence of truth.

WHAT WE KNOW IS:
that the employees of this government called the USA are cult worshipers, who have formed an alliance of religious worshipers who have decided for us all. That they will NOT accept reality/ and BELIEVE in the religion of “university is god”. As with covid; our leadership has made decisions they cannot prove true. And have spent trillions of dollars in our own securities to preform experimentation; that endangers all life on earth/ LEADING other nations to do the same. As is evidenced by
“Lawrence Livermore Labs in San Francisco/ called the national ignition facility with a purpose built machine of 192 individual lasers all focused on one tiny spot using 180 million degrees at 500,000 psi; to create fusion joining to hydrogen atoms together to create helium. Which they proved in 2012 they could not do. BELIEF IS NOT ENOUGH.
But alas: the money is good/ the pride is enormous/ and the power to make the nation pay regardless of a right; is apparently overwhelming.
So our leadership had its say/ funded its belief/ and is now funding experiments which can only lead to igniting a nuclear “lets burn atoms” fire. Just like the sun. SO I AM DISCARDING YOUR RELIGIOUS WORSHIP OF UNIVERSITIES. AND
LEGALLY DEMANDING TO SEE THE PROOF OF EVIDENCE;
that isolates the experiment down to one simple thing.
IF YOU DO IGNITE THE SAME FIRE HERE AS IS ON THE SUN: HOW WILL YOU CONTROL THAT FIRE. Only one example of 130 major experiments around the world as has been advertised is true.
BECAUSE LIKE THE SUN, which burns our skin in summer from 94 million miles away; IT IS A MILLION MILE LONG FLAME (BY YOUR ESTIMATE). And there is no possibility of removing the fuel source/ because everything “made of atoms” is fuel. Even YOU. And the radiation alone, CANNOT be contained; and will melt every living thing in an instant: which you will prove cannot be so.
YOU HAD YOUR SAY AS GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WHO FAILED.

AS A NATION OR WORLD. By OUR vote. Recognizing: “one second too late” removes that vote forever. DEMANDING THE EVIDENCE; requires the courtroom. Demanding the vote decides for us all; is
a foundation of why the courtroom exists.
WHICH IDENTIFIES: WE THE PEOPLE SHALL NOW DECIDE FOR OUR NATION, STATE, AND WORLD. And not be delayed OR denied.
BY CALLING FOR EVIDENCE TO BE PRESENTED; PROVE EVERY CLAIM.
Which I have done. “as best we can/ IN COURT where liars are to be punished; based upon their crime”. Removing the intentional liar to prison; the cursed, who intends to let us all die. As is the job of a court room. So that the evidence is as pristine as it can be made.
TO ALLOW the best vote possible/ by understanding what is true: AS IS THE JOB of a court.
Because our world/ our lives/ our nation: depends upon that evidence being true; the job of a court. And we cannot go back in time. WHICH REQUIRES we make the decision NOW.
TO CREATE WHAT IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE; with regard to what the universities are doing: WE KNOW: FULLY RECOGNIZING:
they are GAMBLING WITH LIFE ON EARTH,
and risking the future of every living thing that can or does exist.
WE THE PEOPLE OWN THE FINAL SAY/ not them.
And we do have a legal obligation; TO INVESTIGATE and prove:
the safety, and security of our world. “from religious, cult worship; as are university beliefs”.
WE DESERVE OUR SAY/ they risk our lives; our everything!

to pay, if they are WRONG.
NO GREATER CAUSE EXISTS: As is the legal purpose intended for
REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES! And you know that is true.
THE LEGAL LAW OF OUR DEMOCRACY is then enforced upon:
those employees who have agreed to believe in a cult/ rather than to know the value of evidence..
refusing protection: for THIS UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. By frivolous actions/ intentional betrayal; as is used to deny the value of law.
Because WE DO KNOW;
that no one can see within the flames of the sun. and no one can mimic what the sun does in a laboratory.
Therefore what they do know: is simply theory, or the fantasy of fools, who are willing to believe anything they are told.
Risking our LIVES, and entire world; ON religious (we cannot be wrong) BELIEF. Which literally infects our government employees with lies!
Redress, which means: ONLY MAJOR DECISIONS/ not governed by truth of life or constitutional law, says: we will decide now/ not you.
NO more “university, science religion”, believes/ no more government employees decide to believe for us”: no more risking life or world!
IT AIN’T YOUR JOB, TO GAMBLE OUR EVERYTHING. It is your job; to protect life, state, and nation from those who risk it; without a legal right.
It is your job to use our tax; to enhance our existence with the honest freedoms of liberty/ and NOT DISCARD our living, which is our own ability to create work for ourselves; WITHOUT SACRIFICING the nation to those who steal from us, and then control us; with THERE ARE NO OTHER CHOICES for you to make. As is our own slavery is enforced. With hidden inflation, and debts which cannot be paid.
Or the destruction of resources; as is risking all of nature on the beliefs of universities can play god. Destroying the future of resources with garbage and pollution and contamination of life itself; by mutilating our own genetics as with covid and its results.
It is to enforce; YOU SHALL NOT BE WRONG; when our living and our world is at risk or being threatened. Their claim of science is abhorrent and a failure of human existence: because as we look to the evidence of our world: what we clearly find is tragedy and its hell for us; are the consequences of their decisions, upon life and world..
the realities of overpopulation, jet planes consuming ozone, forcing global warming, forest depletion allowing the atmosphere to detach, global warming/ oxygen losses/ species extinction/ habitat losses/ ocean life extinction/ poisoning the earth by the trillion ton/ garbage by the quadrillion ton. Or take over our lives with claims of terrorism; discarding our laws; or selling OUR nation. OR AS REALITY SAYS; “our government” has been useless/ or an unbridled threat; to our very existence as life on earth.
I have added to that beginning; real world personal grievances/ as a method of demonstrating: not only are there risks to our entire world of life. There are personal issues; extortion and betrayal in healthcare; (without policing of any kind)/ and a failure to throw the criminals in jail. A patent office which steals, and intentionally fails the law. A failure of the press; because they are sold to the highest bidder; which always the rich. Failures to educate ALL the children for life/ or protect them. A refusal to protect the future, or anything; as they plunder our state and nation with greed. Etc.
We found the terrorists: they are “university/ or their cult of believers, called our government”. Who deliberately chose to GAMBLE our world; based upon the fantasy or delusions of people who claim: “we don’t need to control the sun fire”/ because it will just extinguish itself. A million mile long flame/ ignition is forever, it burns the bond in atoms: no second chance to be wrong! ONCE, is all you get.
ONLY the investigation of EVIDENCE; PROVEN TRUE. As best we can!
And then we vote. One time/ done!
Deciding for ourselves; the future we will protect. Or deny?
