this simply identifies the billing with medicare for me. a basic footnote is: that all medical coding is presented to hide the truth of what they did or did not do. by claiming: “this is what they did instead”/ even though they hide what coding actually means. and will use the basic lie of hiding real world realities of life/ with endless delusions of words; you are not intended to understand. the constant of how “unionism works”: don’t tell nobody.

re: your billing dated 5/25/25
while I am not going to argue the billing/ as it would be irrelevant at this time.
I am going to insist: that every billed amount in this matter was directly tied to surgery to remove a lump on my right knee. And since your policy is: IF surgery is NOT within thirty days of these things. They have to be done all over from the beginning.
Consequent to that is: surgery was not done/ but was canceled by the surgeon. His cause was: you don’t have anyone seated in the waiting room, until I am done.
My statement for that was: I have someone who lives 5 minutes from here/ and will be here in five minutes when I call. He has had surgery (not yet completely healed) himself and is not able to sit in your waiting room.
Since that was not good enough/ and I gave a living will to the surgeon: to ESTABLISH NOBODY makes these decisions except me. There was no cause to remove me from surgery; which after 5-6 times of being told its canceled; I accepted; its canceled.
Immediately after that, I called for another appointment; was given one 3 days later or so/ only to find out it was a post surgery appointment; which was canceled without telling me.
So no, I will not be sending any money; as your surgeon did not do: the one thing I appeared at your door to have done. And you have said: PAY AGAIN if not within thirty days/ which it will not be.
That means: “your work was worthless to me”/ and I suggest you charge the surgeon for it.
As I am now; potentially, “risking a leg and life” because he refused. How is that my bill? Something is wrong; “from your side”.
