Yet the universities do scream “yes we can”! 130 major experiments/ trillions spent.
So the battle is: WILL HUMANITY ITSELF/ agree, that the universities can control what they describe as “million mile long flames of chaos”; like evolution, “just believe”/ no evidence needed.
WE OWE OURSELVES AND OUR WORLD: THE INFORMATION TO DECIDE FOR OURSELVES, if in fact the risk of failure to us all, to our world/
demands they will stop.
Simple as that/ trial to decide if the gamble that can incinerate our earth IS ALLOWED? Our turn to vote TO DECIDE if we will let them gamble our entire earth/ because wrong (sun fire here) means we die. AS A WORLD!
This lawsuit; BY, state constitution and nation, as is constitutional law!
seeks these elements of our own constitutional law; is the law. is our government.
OBEDIENCE TO OUR CONSTITUTIONAL DEMAND OF REDRESS, both state 5th article and nation first amendment. Or a very signed: why not.
Remembering: that by article 3 of that constitution; the judiciary has no control over the constitution itself/ but must obey. WE: are the owners!
And that is consistent with the demand: YOU SHALL OBEY THE LAW AND ENFORCE IT; oath of our employees: as the constitution says.
As we the people; are united by that law. OURS, not yours as an employee.
YOUR JOB; IS to protect the people, and obey our constitutional law. Identify what is true, and insure; both state and nation. Understand threats.

Which does demand a true accounting by organized courtroom law.
of every facet of life or death: that is framed in this lawsuit: as the evidence of why redress must occur. OR you must identify why it is not/ because your job is to protect life in this nation or state; within our law. And YOU ARE NOT allowed to gamble life or nation; or claim a cult belief in: reality called university.
WE WILL BEGIN “with fusion”; the most grievous of all attacks! On earth
OUR LIVES/ OUR EVERYTHING is not subject to their rule; or its claim of “nobility (the superior ones)”.. its cost; as is insurgency and theft: or its Covid claims. Or belief in their control over media and government, everything..
