The critical question: IS FIRST AMENDMENT REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES, A POLITICAL EXPRESSION/ OR A VALID WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE OWNERS HERE, INTENT TO EXERCISE OUR OWN AUTHORITY. BY ENFORCING THE OATH OF OFFICE ON OUR EMPLOYEES? Democracy has only one answer for that: WE THE PEOPLE OWN THIS NATION/ it is ours.

Granting only one answer: THE LAW WE ENABLED TO PROTECT OUR SOCIETY FROM ALL INTRUDERS proclaiming numerous demands, or beliefs; as is religion, speech, and press. CLEARLY references the employees of government as well. NOBODY is granted immunity from review/ rather an investigation is constructed; to identify what is true; and remove what is “belief” as best we can.

Particularly: when it is critical to our union to know; what is the cost of being WRONG. That ultimately grants a courtroom, and creates for the union; WE WILL DECIDE NOW. All form of belief is vanquished: truth alone must decide/ as best we can. TODAY that means: their gamble with our world and every life on it; can result in this earth becoming a sun. PROVE it is not so? Simple as that.

The critical answer is: WE DID NOT give away our nation to our employees/ we did not give them the power of kings or queens to subjugate us to their own decisions. We did not remove our own power of attorney to decide the scope or intent of our constitutional contract; for ourselves. INSTEAD, we gave our employees rules to obey, an oath of allegiance to declare to our constitution as written; and laws which they could not deny to us; as sacred elements of our own society; as is the first amendment and more. Which does prove there is no sovereign immunity for our employees; that is a lie/ a usurpation of power from us to themselves.. which does prove; THE AUTHORITY OF LAW exists; to review and decide for ourselves if our employees have obeyed their oath/ or forced us all, down a path from which there is no return to life.. or even world!

This lawsuit creates: REDRESS (WE THE PEOPLE DECIDE NOW)/ AS the defender of our lives. Our choice/ as owners here! By demanding an investigation of reality, and its consequences. As is no more belief, BY ANY party. Only evidence conceived by truth/ dictated with value for all/ and designated as our own best method, to vote for ourselves.

to align with a choice which asks the question: WHAT IS, THE PRICE FOR BEING WRONG? And be consistent in our vote with truth as best we know it to be. NOTHING PRESENTS A GREATER NEED FOR “CLEAR TRUTH”; than universities are playing god with our lives, our nation, and our world. As is consistent with the first amendment: our government shall NOT give way to the religion called a university science. WE WILL DECIDE; AS IS DEMOCRACY ENFORCED.

As we answer that; we the world/ or nation; will choose our future. A destiny shaped by trust in the truth/ or a descent called fate, which is the price of consequences we have chosen; for life. The believer yells; “YOU AIN’T NOBODY”/ but life itself remembers “only truth matters”; not the messenger.

The critical question: CAN WE INITIATE & CREATE REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES FOR OURSELVES?

The critical answer: “Virginia bill of rights; section 2”: that all power is vested in, and consequently derived from, the people; that magistrates are their trustees and servants and at all times amenable to them.

The critical answer: “declaration of independence”: .. that too secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…

the critical answer: “redress means: we will decide now”/ not our employees. To establish the authority required by that statement. WE THE PEOPLE MUST PROVE, IT IS ALL OF US UNITED BEHIND OUR CONSTITUTION, as state or nation. That demands the law shall be accepted/ the vote shall be orchestrated/ and the enemy which stands in our way; shall be imprisoned. BEING CURSED; BY THE INSURGENCY OF UNIVERSITIES “KNOW BETTER”/ and have sought to remove all rights, truths, and guarantees. The rebels of anarchy have trained the indoctrination of their religion called evolution; against life, nature, energy, child, world, resources, habitat, oceans, extinction of species, and every form of anarchy possible for them to do. Surrounding us all with threats of extinction, as a world/ or as a nation; as their result. “claiming we will all die anyway”/ because of what they changed.

TO provide for the common defense [to insure a healthy; every life has a chance, economic purpose] IS TO PROTECT CURRENCY BY TYING IT DIRECTLY TO A CENSUS COUNT; “SO MUCH PER PERSON” AND NO MORE. TO promote the general welfare [definitions of justice, which is equal to fair play; and stability, laws decide not people or their claim of expertise, or religion] REMOVES DEBT CREATION BY OUR EMPLOYEES. CONTROLLING THE CURRENCY BY CONSTITUTIONAL LAW; MEANS WE CONTROL OUR OWN LIVES/ ALLOWING NO ONE, to use the inflation of currency as a weapon against us all. TO secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves [defend/ never attack, means peace first] DEMANDS REDRESS TO INSURE WE THE PEOPLE RETAIN OUR RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP. The universities insurgency to remove all the guarantees of this preamble [screaming quietly we are in charge now] and its amendments has been constant [they cannot stop us]/ as the takeover of our government has been under attack [by the constant of counterfeiting currency/ failing infrastructure/ denying reality and its truth/ gambling with our world and its nature/ removing every form of security known to exist/ refusing to pay debts/ cursing healthcare with extortion/ inflicting slavery to universities with debt/ by a majority of the citizenry; cursing the world with human experimentation of life and self: by universities demanding superiority over life itself (power to decide, we can play god), and claiming expertise [pride to: remove we the people, from our government] by destroying democracy [our law/ not your rules] itself. Failure is massive; “university decided”.

The pure attack, and deliberate intent to deny; our first amendment law of rights and guarantees to every person. Is listed as the four guarantees of that demand: OUR EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT discard, dismember, or deny these elements of our society. The first amendment of our constitutional government reads:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

Or abridging the freedom of speech.

Or of the press.

Or the right of the people to peacefully assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances”.

the universities insurgency has replaced religion in this state and nation with EVOLUTION, as is their religion. Because it has no proof of reality/ accepts no law of truth/ and is built entirely upon the assertion “this looks like that” is enough to declare “we are right”/ as all religions do. THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW; AND THEIR INSURGENCY AGAINST OUR NATION HAS BEEN TO INDOCTRINATE EVERY CHILD IN THE SWILL AND SEWAGE OF THEIR DELUSIONS. Offering instead; that evolution is enough to disrespect NATURE with genetic mutilation of universities play god with our world, and its survival of a living organism as did bring us all to our own existence. The claim “to learn”/ when compared to: “ONE SEVERE MISTAKE” ENDS LIFE ON EARTH; proves the cost of their fantasy is to high; and shall NOT be done. The propagation of “university expertise” has taken away the freedom of speech that is inherent in the public right/ by using media propagation of their fantasy and delusions to overwrite and deny all forms of “no diploma speech”. Using gossip and ridicule as their right to control what the people believe is true; is a religion of superiority consistent with communism: “only the superior ones” have a right to decide. By controlling all conversation through media; to, and by: their own propagation of beliefs. The fantasy and delusions of imagination is enough; while as the last fifty years+ have proven to be LIARS, THIEVES, CHEATS, TRAITORS, AND TERRORISTS are in charge/ and have destroyed the foundations of our democracy. By nazism, and the delusion of knowledge without evidence or facts critical to truth; as would be COVID. The twenty four hour a day for a year hypnosis by media attack; of YOU CAN’T ESCAPE our rule over you. As did result in “everything; the universities wanted”. Because they are the rulers here/ not our democracy.

The defeat of “freedom of the press” is absolute, and constructs a clear attack on democracy itself. Resulting from the sale of all broadcast media platforms to a tiny few participants of power. That now control the propaganda used to control the entire populace of this USA, by their intent to create even more power for themselves. Having reduced the human factor of freedom: TO BELIEVE whatever; the media says. The owners control the editors/ and the universities control their students; graduating mice to carry on the claim of “university knows everything/ universities is god”, journalism. “the mark of Hitler”. Without questioning their cult leaders; in any conceivable way. Which brings the cult of Satan (destroyers of a world): to our own door. Satan means: “to destroy a living world of Creation”! By fools.

The cult of universities play god over life and nation; is absolutely evident in every trial presented by James Frank Osterbur over time to both state and nation. Each level of courtroom which includes the supreme court of both state and nation: REMOVES CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, by being taught to remain silent/ and never let the constitution into trial. A criminal act; whose purpose is to create anarchy and rebellion/ With the deliberate purpose of destroying America/ by replacing it with “university decides/ university removes truth/ university creates debts which cannot be paid/ and universities destroy the very foundation upon which our nation, and our lives depend”. As has been done; by universities expertise decides now. While the evidence of their last fifty years of trying to rule; proves a list of threats to world survival, as governed by the extinction of our lives based upon their own playing god with life and world; as is consistent with Satan. Which means [destroyer of life and world] an absolute fact; with genetic mutilation of nature, by adding chaos/ the destruction of ALL resources, to hide failure with garbage/ attempts to ignite a nuclear fire, to prove “we can be gods”/ and removal of democracy ITSELF; to install only the superior ones of universities will decide now. As is the destruction of democracy; which rules by, WE THE PEOPLE WILL DECIDE FOR OURSELVES, by our vote on the evidence; NOW! The cost of being wrong, decides what is true, to life or world! The cost of wrong; proves the delusion and fantasy of universities without a brain to respect life or living or values of truth. Instead of truth by democracy, our law/ the insidious threat of rules created to overturn democracy, and its constitution exists.

Development of fact: NO EMPLOYEE has control over the constitution of this USA OR STATE OF IL. Including the judiciary. As is plainly portrayed in constitutional law article 3 “under the constitution”.

The constitution of our government DOES have control over each and every employee; as well as the public venue of options to participate in the DUTY OF GOVERNING OURSELVES. There is no future without true birth control/ children grow. Or agriculture, as must be saved from attack.

The demand to protect the sanctity of our law, by constitutional review of our decisions as a nation. Governed, with decisions that do not allow our employees to disobey. Making the criminal contempt for our constitution; an act of rebellion so destructive; that it removes all authority to claim “an employee of our own”. Which means the enemy is here among us; giving commands to use our taxation/ to use our nation/ to use our securities; for the purpose of defeating us as a nation. Terrorism means; to coercive human decisions/ by confronting the people with fear. The death of our government, death of nature, death of earth, death of resources, death of water, end of ocean life, death by overpopulation, death by global warming, death by ozone losses, death by war with weapons of mass destruction; end of our democracy, demanding only the universities shall decide; end of securities based upon money, business, industry, or all others; as is the cost of universities in charge: are all based upon fear as was COVID. The curse of universities cultivating fear, on this world! The need to hide, and run away from truth. By proving: the universities can’t save us/ BUT THEY CAN KILL US. Creates; The need to worship the religion of university power over us (hide/ fear/ believe), as is evolution/ and its cult worshiping those who control you by playing god with their fantasy and delusions in charge. None more so that genetic chaos/ or trying to ignite a nuclear fire “trillions spent”. But they cannot control what they describe as a MILLION MILE LONG FLAME; same as the sun. Same fire/ same result is the obvious truth! Wrong is HADES ON EARTH, consumed by fire beyond terror.

TERRORISM: the unlawful use of violence: as EXPANDS THE CURSE of violence by universities: against our democracy. Into the criminal contempt of extortion as is healthcare/ the criminal extortion of counterfeiting currency, and creating debts to enslave us all/ the criminal extortion of covid (initially $ sixty thousand dollars per shot)/ the criminal extortion of university religion, evolution; and its indoctrination of every child/ the criminal dismemberment of all things business and industry, we depend upon; ending the freedom of life for every worker, by forcing slavery [there is nothing else]/ the criminal extortion of ruining, raping, and destruction of every resource; ending the future/ the criminal insurgency of universities take control over state and nation as they surge into every form of politics to decide for us/ the criminal rampage of poisoning the water supplies we cannot undo, the criminal destruction of oceans, habitat, extinction of species, denial of truth as with global warming; to hire the liars and propagate with media sold to power, our imminent death/ not life. The intimidation by media to remove all forms of complaint/ complete control over courts which quietly suppress, all forms of legal protest/ governments which have no basis in reality of facts, but will gamble our very world based upon delusions and unproven fantasy of fools/ denial of the cost for being wrong, gambling with existence itself. Especially used against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims:

the overthrow of our democracy. USED, to play god with life and earth and child; as is found everywhere universities are. Which is everywhere power exists to steal, lie, cheat, betray, and terrorize the public: by playing god over life and nation.

A public denied the reality: of Fully understanding: “these are merely former classmates of our own”/ NOT gods. People filled with mistakes, and failures: that can now take our own lives and world; to kill us all. With the weapons of universities cultivating as with covid: the means to kill those who are not part of their group/ as is so consistent with history/ as is genocide of the others, for not being “us”. “too many people; to survive”/ means someone has to die. IS THAT NOT SO? SO AS with robots as well as disease: one tiny computer command changes all robots into weapons. Or as with AI; one tiny computer command, and everything valued can turn into death for life on earth; as it worms into “everything; and in particular the military or universities control over life”.

RE: the deliberate and willful intent, to destroy the constitution of this nation and this state of IL; by refusing its law, as does protect the democracy of this state and this nation. Which is called REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES. TO KNOW WHAT IS, OR IS NOT TRUE/ never be forced to believe “you”.

TO DESTROY THE CONSTITUTION, by silence or any other means/ refusing its call for justice; AND ITS DEMOCRACY for we the people; IS AN ACT OF TERRORISM. Because it goes beyond treason; to attempt the deliberate destruction of an entire nation or state. Or as cult worship exists: to destroy life and world, and assassinate every child. Not only defiance of our government/ true acts of terrorism unleashed under the disguise, hidden by the disgrace of; “our USA”; as universities in charge; no vote needed.

REDRESS IS: THE DEMAND FOR WE THE PEOPLE WILL DECIDE NOW, AS OWNERS OF THIS STATE AND THIS NATION; BY OUR OWN INVESTIGATION OF THE FACTS. The cost of being WRONG, by those who claim they are gods, who need no authority to defy THE TRUTH OF LIFE; AS IS A MIRACLE. Demanding their religion of evolution is all they need to participate in chaos controls the earth and its life. Claiming billions of years; without the slightest real truth.

So let the question of facts be addressed as cause enough to declare; THE LAW OF OUR LAND, SHALL BE ENFORCED, AND CREATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PURPOSES OF JUSTICE, AND FAIR PLAY: “FOR ALL THE PEOPLE TO VOTE”. NOT a vote for someone to vote for me/ MY VOTE on the law of our lives. When we vote on the law: WE RULE THE NATION/ “we know the law”!

Our government/ our nation or state/ OUR RIGHT OF LAW TO INTERVENE, when we the people believe or acknowledge the truth of failure, that will kill us all/ the tragedy of gambling with our world/ the poverty of power overthrowing our democracy, refusing law/ and the curse of universities claiming they own the right to claim “being god over life, energy, poisons (water ended THE APOCALYPSE), pollution’s (LIFE ended); EVERYTHING cursed by the Satanic verses of “university is god”. To be wrong; even if it kills every living thing on earth/ including our world. Are you willing to die; “for university delusions?”

Denying ourselves the democracy required to intervene by investigation of that truth; as proven in every trial provided against state and nation by James F Osterbur. 4. The IRS, federal REFUSED to allow my business truck deduction of $8,000.00 AS WAS THE LAW; the leaders of the IRS in attendance in court refused fully aware it was their duty. While the state of IL IRS attacked with the claim they would steal my $10,000 truck from me; declaring it was to be sold for $500.00 while the rest was still my responsibility to pay: felony theft, backed off when I reminded them of criminal conduct/ using the policing force for thugs. OR MORE DISTINCTLY THIS STATE, And THIS NATION ARE FILLED TO OVERFLOWING WITH CRIMINALS IN CHARGE OF OUR GOVERNMENT. 5. The US PATENT OFFICE stole from me the patents “worth billions” of a new form of fossil fuel engine; designed for power plant usage among other large format needs; by refusing to accept. I was an independent person and entitled to the price of that reality. Instead they charged an additional $17,000.00 on top of the $2,000 paid; and were clearly intending to describe even more; because they could. In order to steal, by declaring it abandoned. REPLACING THE LIES WHICH CONTAIN THE YOUNG AS PRISONERS OF THE UNIVERSITIES; or lost by their claim of ownership over everything. As such medical training begins at age 9/ and all things related to truth and value; by the elders who are willing to commit time for instruction shall be done. As is the body of time: we cannot escape our own truth; it is, what it is/ and we must accept that governs, what is our own relationship with time. OUR WORLD IS ATTACKED BY the fantasy and delusion of people who run the UNIVERSITIES. People, who believe (no truth required) they can be gods. THE SUN releases energy, by burning fuel. We know that, because we feel the heat of its radiation 94 million miles away. We know the reality of that fuel being used up exists; because nothing less, can bring it here.

It is similar to burning the molecular bonds in chemistry that we call fire here. BUT their science claims/ and atomic bomb releases; establish a 4 million times more energy release in atomic versus molecular fire. Which turns a candle flame into a 62 mile high fire flame; instantly. The cost of being wrong.
THE SUN: CANNOT burn with high heat in its center/ because if it did, that would mean ALL THE FUEL IS ENGULFED IN THAT RELEASE OF HEAT( the consequence of what invades the boundary line of an atomic or molecular environment; and shakes it with radiation). IF ALL THE FUEL is being burned at once from its known source/ then the fire DOES NOT LAST, and we know the sun does.
THE SUN: is not made of hydrogen/ however the ash cloud of that fire is. Neither is the sun made of “graviton (claimed an atom 15 larger than lead) a fictitious element that does not exist. Just like the fiction of CERN which claims “new elements”/ by showing a computer screen; does not exist. The cause atomic elements do not exist beyond a specific size is: they destroy themselves beyond that size.
ATOMS: “are not magic/ as declared by science”. Their energy comes from SPIN. Because WE KNOW, that a spinning mass contains energy. And we know that a spinning mass contained within a vacuum environment which does not allow contaminants. Will allow that spin to continue without losses of note. Atomic energy is the energy of spin. And the neutron which is the example of “dark energy”; is that environment of atomic enclosure.
ATOMS: are not forced together to create new atoms; as the delusion called fusion/ as Lawrence Livermore labs proved does not exist in 2012; which started on “april fools day”. The mass is accelerated in a supernova event/ and it is enclosed with that neutron by pulsar ejection of that dark energy of a black hole releasing: too much material inside the core. When they meet each other; each having different characteristics: they combine into elements based upon direction/ size/ shape/ the amount of neutron deposited/ and distance from the ejection port; with different characteristics; including deformations from spherical. That combining of elemental forces (push and pull energy) creates the spin enclosed; and it is much faster: than the speed of light.
THE SUN: CREATES HEAT, by the frictional release of atoms forced: to be glancing into each other/ at speeds the electron shield cannot protect from. To remove the neutron a little at a time; releasing light in the process of that “like toy tops bumping into each other”. Once enough of the environment has been destroyed; the mass of kinetic energy escapes and becomes heat released into outer spaces. Because the force of heat as is radiation; PUSHES IT. The neutron however being OPPOSITE of a kinetic response to push out some (into solar gravity)/ while the rest pulls back into the core of the sun (internal gravity); which cools the mass beneath the flames. Allowing longevity.
THE LAW of thermodynamics: DEMANDS, that heat release occupies more space/ than cold. Therefore like a candle flame: the heat rises from the fuel source, and sucks that fuel into the flame. Which means there is an UN-occupied space above the “sun mass”; where no flame exists. As with a candle the fuel is sucked up into the rise of heat; as that heat source invades and releases the fuel of atoms into the fire itself. A solar tornado means: a dense mass not willing to release. Whereas a solar flare is a far less dense mass that simply released itself en-mass; into the flames; and escapes as an internal to the flame environmental anomaly. HEAT causes the flame to rise/ as it goes farther from the fuel source it cools/ and then drops closer to that fuel; which is the eleven year sun cycle.
GRAVITY; is then assigned by the disciplines of law. Which begin as: a spinning mass has energy of that mass in motion; but without a balance to that motion; IT ESCAPES INTO SPACE, and is lost. As is illustrated by a rock on a string you spin in a circle; it pulls out/ and if the string is not strong enough; will break the string and be lost into space. Therefore we know, that every atom as does contain energy of motion; must have an opposite energy of anchored motion to offset and control that kinetic motion/ or time (the controlled release of that atomic motion, by its electrons will not exist). Therefore we know that a mass is found to be kinetic in force/ while the neutron is found to be “dark energy: to anchor that kinetic force. The neutron is then gravity; and its existence requires a slight bit more force to contain the energy of mass in motion; as a reality of law. Which is the basis of gravity itself. A bigger mass contains more neutron energy, than a small one: thereby an attraction.
PROVE ME WRONG. Because the ignition of a nuclear fire: IS LITERALLY ALL THE EXPERIMENTS AND MACHINES OF “UNIVERSITIES” can do. There is no fusion/ and there is no control over a fire “WITH BY THEIR ESTIMATE” contains million mile long flames.

Any further assertion of immunity is regarded as anarchy; because you are intending to destroy the constitution itself. And that is rebellion against our democracy. Both state and nation.

Strewn throughout our lives; the critical question is: ARE YOU BETTER OFF, SAFER, HAPPIER, TODAY/ than in the past? Is this the democracy of voting for ourselves. Or the end of democracy as is: people voting for us/ to rule over us/ to enslave: EVEN to experiment with our lives, nature, world, everything; instead?

BY REDRESS WE WILL, as a nation or state, KNOW!

WANT; the core essence of belief, in every sheep: is reviewed to determine what is real. To identify the claim: “I am god here/ its all mine/ nothing exists here; but what I want. Because I belong to the army of my “universities are god”; and they will kill you”. Not me! But alas, your god of university has failed: you. Leaving only the claim of currency as counterfeit numbers, and debts beyond measure; as your reward.

“because when we look beyond ONE tiny little thing/ as is the essence of universities and all they teach”! WE OPEN THE DOOR, to the realities of what they do not teach; as is the cost of being WRONG.

One tiny thing: allows Nazism; to invade our lives. One tiny thing: allows artificial intelligence to control the propaganda of media, and invade or use power against us all. One tiny thing allows for fund raising in Congress/ rather than doing their job. One tiny thing; destroys the foundation of our democracy; as is we all deserve an equal say: in our laws (betrayal takes that away)/ our nation/ our economy/ our money/ our everything; that has been taken away. By those who believe; they, the superior ones; can do better. Yet hide their theft and failures in criminal conduct.

The human sheep (everything is about me/ mine/ to hell with you) are dead/ and without prey, so are the predators (kill them all). A fact of life and living in this time of human defecation on each other. As they all shout: I WANT WHAT I WANT. So we examine now and the future for life on earth; by what you want/ as is universities get to be god. AND HAVE taken over governments, education, media, everything, even nature and world! Are we better off?

THE FACTS ARE: we are not alone!

OUR WORLD CANNOT survive another billion people/ there will be no water/ no food/ no space/ no life left for other creatures/ nothing but war with weapons of mass destruction. And at its current rate of one percent rise in population; in less than ten years another billion people will be here; and cannot simply be asked to die; they won’t do it. 9 billion people is 90 million new births above deaths per year; or another one million people demanding to be fed every 4 days. You have exceeded the capacity of this finite planet to support you; and will die. You will war for water; as is the cost of what you do.

You have exceeded the capacity of this planet to let you do what you want: as is the endless plane flights; each of which produce a billion BTUS of heat for global warming/ and worse consume ozone to burn the fuel, and release pollutants. Which means the radiation from the sun will destroy every plant and animal we depend upon for food.

Your methods of living; such as is air conditioning; produce global warming and oxygen losses (which every fire and engine needs: 9 billion people do what they do EVERY DAY, for one hundred years if they can) which end with this planet being uninhabitable; and you know it. But refuse to stop, screaming “they do it/ you can’t stop me/ let someone else”. And you know extreme weather events occur because of it/ and do not stop, with endless driving and so much more. You strip the earth bare, and rob every child of their future.

You destroy every forest; which ends our atmosphere being connected to our planet/ and the wind accelerates. Which means like other planets with an atmosphere; it will accelerate to near the planet rotation of over one thousand miles per hour at the equator. Which means you are dead, because it takes a hundred years to grow a tree of size.

You pollute the earth in every situation you can; by the quadrillion ton/ producing garbage mountains to prove (look at me) you are “winners”. You produce poisons by the trillion ton; to invade the water supplies and kill life on earth/ causing your own cancers as well.

Your universities have invaded politics, and destroyed the securities of nations by counterfeiting currency; SCREAMING; “WE DON’T have to pay for nothing/ GIVE THEM NUMBERS instead”. And America leads the way, with over $700 trillion in currency or 2 million dollars in use per citizen face. A fact that will demand war/ an the incineration of this nation, and this world as it spills from one to the next.

SATAN (lets kill this world) lives. In everything the universities do; as is lets inject chaos into nature/ lets burn the same fire as is on the sun/ lets poison everything, who cares/ lets distribute weapons of mass destruction; keeping biological weapons for ourselves (if we only had a vaccine for us_). All the while screaming “I WAS RIGHT”. Extreme arrogance (I am god). Pure apathy (nothing matters but me), and absolute disrespect (kill it all; but me).

And we see in life and world: the ocean life is nearly extinct from all things human. We see in government; the curse of Nazism in all things universities driven. We see across the world; an absolute denial of everything true/ a curse upon everything needed to survive, by universities leadership. We see complete denial of reality by media. Absolute indoctrination of a cult in charge of education, preaching the insanity of universities are god. A complete rebellion against democracy; as is universities are in charge; and will make every decision as they have done. A complete corruption of the judiciary; as is nothing matters but what universities want. A denial of every constitutional law; as is there is no personal property; universities own it all/ and humanity has no say. The end of personal everything; as the computer designs life to be; with the dissolving of everything human; as is universities in charge of life itself. The future dissolved of life without resources or any living thing left on earth; as is extinction by choices made. War spreading radiation across the planet. Failure without end, which means cannibalism. Pride rampant in the streets; as every gun is used to declare “I am right/ you are the enemy”. And so on; “the sheep are dead”/ and without hope, nothing survives time.

LIAR means: someone who believes by tempting or manipulation they can make you their slave. The consequence: taking from you, what they want. Universities want everything; to prove they are god.

THIEF means: someone who believes “you owe them”/ because they didn’t get what they wanted or you didn’t give them what they wanted. Regardless of a right. Universities destroy everything; by stealing it all with counterfeiting and debts

TRAITOR means: someone who believes, “nothing is important, BUT WHAT I WANT, for me. There is ONLY ME, damn you to hell: ME, is all that matters. Universities, and their cult followers; SHOUTING NOTHING MATTERS BUT ME; as our entire planet dies from arrogance, apathy, and pure disrespect

TERRORIST means; someone who says fear is not enough/ I want to kill them all. As hate becomes living with life. Destroying nature, poisoning life, polluting the planet, cursing energy, even the world; destroying everything required to survive: universities have proven to be “Satan”.

WHORE means; someone who believes “money is the only important thing”/ they surrender to it. And that does mean sacrificing someone or something to get the money. Universities believe: WITH MONEY, we are god/ and steal from us all.

CHEAT means: someone who believes they can create the trap, controlling you or fear controlling your world; to make you sacrifice, and pay for them. Turning nations into Nazi; as is this america/ the curse of human existence spreads to consume life itself.

BELIEVER means: someone who wants what they want/ because truth doesn’t matter, when you are the judge; you become god. “to you”. LIAR SHOUTS, universities are god/ and with control over media, government, education, everything; they run their cult in ways Hitler could only dream of. Screaming; WE WILL show you how.

THUG means: someone who does not care, about anything or anyone. With a cashless society; ANYBODY can be targeted with computers/ and removed from society or life: in a thousand ways, without society to stop them. Anyone want to guess what robotic soldiers are for/ or robots anywhere, with one single command; “Murderers”.

CRIMINAL means: someone who believes the law does not matter/ force does. As universities scream: NOBODY CAN STOP US/ we are in charge, let the puppets scream; they are worthless now that the universities are in charge; WHICH MEANS ME.

TYRANT means: someone who believes, all they have to do is make an example of fear out of a few/ and the rest will obey. KILL as many as you want/ plenty more; AS THE WORLD will attest too; and all the sheep whisper “somebody has to die”. As they too stand at the slaughter house door.

CULT means: followers want the leader to decide (their fault/ not mine)/ and he or she wants to play god; until truth crumbles the game into oblivion. (all fall into the abyss together). With media the people believe whatever they are told by universities expertise; such as line up to be slaughtered; or we give you pain and suffering instead>

LAW means: ALL OF US, have determined this liberty, is the price of a secure government which justifies our society with, fair play for all. OR, when we all make the law, which then governs us all: NOBODY can be made an example of; BECAUSE WE ARE ALL IN THIS AS ONE. Same/ same; the law is then the enemy who takes retribution against whosoever creates fear, without true & justified cause. CURSE THE LAW (of us all), we are the universities WHO WANT RULES; (to identify and control you).

LOVE identifies happiness, creates sharing and caring, Is honored by respect, and is constant in all things born of law. The intensity of life, when joined as one. And the universities shout; “hear the call of the dead”.

DEATH is the end of choice/ the end of movement; regardless what you believe: only truth, the realities of law governing existence, will decide now. BELIEVE, as is every man gets “70 virgins; as slaves to do with as he pleases”/ and other elements of Satan in charge of whatever you want. But alas liar means liar>

LIFE is: the communication of thought, the construction of freedom, the disciplines and order of law, and the values of force conceived with respect for the consequences to be decided. The critical definition is: belonging to the family of life/ or discarded from it, for hate (the demand to play god). As universities scream: evolution is our god/ chaos is the method/ and every accident opens the door to take whatever you want; from what WAR will give.

ETERNITY means: a dimension of force, beyond action to change it or reaction to alter it; that controls the universe itself. Are we not gods/ universities kill whatever they want; by proclaiming its all science.

THOUGHT means: a dimension of freedom, that surrenders to the choice of life. A desire that creates destiny/ or a fate that defines its own consequence. KEEP YOUR NOSE DOWN; and marry “just one little thing”/ BECAUSE there is no life is beyond this for you. You are one grain of sand/ and need not know anything else.

DIMENSION means; an expression and experience within the boundaries and limits of what can withstand the forces which work against it; as is life. WE WILL SCREAM and WAR; and build what we want on the carcass of our enemies; those who would not bow down at our feet. As is the proof of history.

PATRIOT means: to confront the enemy with law/ to organize and teach as best you can against those who are condemning the rest to fail/ to accept the duty to demand an investigation for truth. To honor those who did their job for life, with the respect they deserve; for honor. The decision to fight against the insurgency, turn back the rebellion, identify the anarchy, and deny rules rather than law. NOT blind obedience; but truth of value, for the nation or world of life. To accept: truth decides, not want or war. Accept the cost; to stop an entire world from dying.

UNIVERSITIES are you god/ never forget you owe them; as slaves do owe their masters. WITH ABSOLUTE obedience through cult worship.

And the people say: we are free; you cannot condemn us with all that. WE HAVE WHAT WE WANT; and that makes you wrong. YET THE FUTURE REVEALS THE EVIDENCE: EXTINCTION IS YOUR CHOICE. AS YOU AID AND ABET THE ENEMY. Even though you have what you want today/ as it is with your future: nothing will exist tomorrow, except death and its HELL. As is what you chose.

WE THEN construct the disciplines, that are inherent in this lawsuit.

An explosion is not a fire/ their physical existence is dramatically different. Consequently you cannot compare an atomic bomb with a nuclear fire; beyond its energy expression over time. The math is not evidence.
You cannot govern the control of a nuclear fire; with math related to a fission event; such as is an atomic bomb or an nuclear power plant which governs the stream of electrons. A nuclear fire strips the atom of its neutron, and in so doing presents the proton for destruction over time.
You cannot claim an element that does not exist; based solely upon a millisecond flash on a computer screen. It does not exist, UNLESS you preform exactly the same tests that were used in every element on the periodic table; fantasy is not acceptable.
You cannot claim: “you know” how the sun works on the inside or as a fire/ without the evidence of experimentation; and that does not exist. Only theory is expressed without scientific merit.
You cannot claim fusion exists; when it has been proven Lawrence Livermore Labs San Francisco; 2012 not to exist.
You cannot claim the bond of an atom is where the energy resides/ if you cannot evidence the energy itself: or what is the bond where does it contain that energy?
You cannot assert the sun is made of hydrogen from an ash cloud; and according to science a million mile long flame. WHERE IS the helium?
GRAVITY is primarily “dark energy”. Or more distinctly, the proton of an atom spins to create atomic energy/ the neutron (dark energy) is a containment of that energy; so that time can exist by bleeding off that spin with electrons; which are then used to initiate the energy we use. Because without containment the spin would dissipate and die. To contain atomic energy as is spin/ a slightly greater amount of force must be used; which is the basis of gravity; and why larger volumes of mass can attract smaller volumes of mass.
Electricity is generated by the spin of the proton/ and its influence on electrons which form outside the neutron. When the electron has achieved sufficient speed its energy causes the electron to be lost from orbit; and with direct energy that goes to a distant point and is lost. Alternating electricity pushes the energy of the electron a specific distance/ and then calls it back to be “refilled” with more energy; and then pushed back on the wire. The work comes from mass x speed equals force; a law. The electron holds a tiny bit of mass. And if it is lost to space/ the speed of its travel will create a vacuum; and that completes the gravitational picture. Yet your universities have no clue/ but bet your world anyway.
OR, as is the claim of geneticists; “we don’t have to worry about destroying nature”/ because evolution will just make something else “in a billion years or so”. As is their claim to fame. Sound good to you?

NUCLEAR FIRE “JUST LIKE THE SUN”; gambles with every life on this planet/ it is that simple. ONLY THEORY AND FANTASY exist, the delusion of knowledge/ not its evidence.

Therefore if these experiments are allowed to proceed: THE PRICE OF BEING WRONG; must be accepted by the entire population/ BECAUSE WE MUST PAY IF YOU ARE NOT CORRECT. And that means; we all burn just like the sun: is the price for being WRONG.

THIS TRIAL FOR REDRESS OF GRIENVANCES: “IS NOT about who is or who is not correct” with regards to the claimed intent to ignite a nuclear fire “just like the sun”. IT IS ABOUT CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, and first amendment guarantees of this nation/ 5^th amendment redress of the state of IL. Redress means: TO DECIDE FOR OURSELVES; IF THE RISK/ IS WORTH THE PRICE OF BEING WRONG; which is same fire/ same result; our earth becomes a sun.

therefore the courtroom is sought; as the solution to determine if the constitution is right, and demands redress is the law/ or the constitution is wrong; both state and federal; and there is no legal right to decide for ourselves. IF GAMBLING WITH THIS ENTIRE EARTH; is justified or not.

That is the summary of trial: THE LEGAL RIGHT, to decide for ourselves; if the risk is too extreme/ because “loser, has to pay”.

The claim: “science can only be explained by math”/ is false, and a diversion/ a foreign language to the populace. IT IS NOT SO; as I have demonstrated here. NO math exists for what has not been proven; fusion is not proven/ how the sun works is not proven/ NOTHING ABOUT THE FIRE ON THE SUN is proven; and there is no math to demonstrate what is not in evidence; proven true. MAKE THEM STATE THEIR PROOF; in words we all understand. THE WHOLE PICTURE/ not one tiny measured part of what may or may not be true. Nothing less is accepted.

A FIRE IS; the release of energy, until a method of removing a participant required, in that ignition fails. Fusion has been proven wrong/ and the sun proves no helium as predicted, is being expelled. A nuclear fire is: the release of energy which contains only one ignition point: atoms closely enough together/ moving at such speed/ that they continue bouncing into each other; to destroy the bond (between what pushes it apart/ and what holds it together) which holds each atom together, as an individual existence. The difference between an explosion of materials which moves the detonating materials apart/ and a fire which does not move the materials substantially apart is. Fire does not need to support an instantaneous explosion: it grows instead, being fed the atoms that will burn over time. Which does mean: the sun being governed by thermodynamic laws; will suck up those atoms into the fire; by the effects of extreme radiation. Which allows it to burn over time/ instead of “burning out” as is: the fuel is now gone. A NUCLEAR VACUUM; like the difference between chemical and atomic energy release; is far beyond human conception/ as is needed by the sun. Here on earth ONCE THAT EXISTS/ there is no stopping the reaction.

IT IS; the pull of the neutron (opposite or dark energy); that makes it possible/ and completes the existence of solar gravity.

It is noted: that a black hole is opposite a supernova blast; turned inside out by that event; the core of an exploding supernova CANNOT escape; therefore it must turn back, to become the black hole if all things are correct. Opposite of extremely hot and active/ is extremely cold and not active at all; which makes the neutron the slickest none substance to exist. The medium sized black hole; called a pulsar has removed all space, but the impacts have ruptured the inner core; and the energy that cannot be contained is ejected as a string. Super large black holes as at the core of a galaxy; has become to large to eject strings; instead they produce loops to hold the galaxy together; a pulsar like ejection, that cannot escape its own gravity, and turns back.

They have no real world evidence to support any theory about how the sun works/ a bomb and a fire are NOT the same; and cannot be measured as if they were. Which means all their math is useless and void. All their fantasies which evade the laws we know to exist do not apply. And their delusions about gravitons and other failures of human life; are nothing more than imagination; “a tiny blip on a computer screen is not enough”. And it merely points to a destructive event, at CERN/ NOT an element “used to save their jobs”.

OTHER TRAGEDIES OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR as have been going on since history began; as always “men shouting we know everything”/ and yet do not. Or nothing has changed since the beginning; still shouting we know everything/ when clearly they do not.

But the curse of men is: when they find ANYTHING, they attack and war against that whatever it is; so they can proclaim “we are gods”. As with evolution, and its claim that all life is just an accident precipitated by chaos; nothing is less true/ other than their claims of knowledge about “sun fire”.

Claiming this looks like that, is irrelevant/ and does not prove anything at all. Other than what works, as with men; simply works and will be used again.

Biologists, medicine, geneticists, chemists, etc all shout: “WE KNOW”/ and yet biologists claim evolution (life built itself, without a brain)/ medicine; apart from nature led antibiotics and vaccine; all they can do is poison or remove; hardly “we are great”/ geneticists claim: “one step at a time/ we can change the steps, and then we know”. HOWEVER LIFE SAYS; that the building of a body is orchestrated to occur at the same time in sequences determined by complex fundamentals that define the process in billionths of a second intervals of which geneticists know absolutely nothing. While chemists believe just because they can add molecules together, nothing will go wrong/ which maladies appearing as cancer, along with MANY OTHER consequences of abuse as are found throughout nature continue to multiply.

So no; unless you can correctly identify; how the elements are separated in a living body of life/ recombined in complex molecules/ transported to where it is needed, why do sculpted bones exist (where they need to be). One side of the body equal to the other side; skin/ immunity/ repair/ sensory information, including eyes/ thought/ memory/ freedom/ existence: fitted with muscles and lubrication and joints to move, along with vertical stability; with utilities applied/ creating blood flows and nerve elements/ and brain functions/ and tools to be used, along with knowledge implanted to use those tools, and know what the body needs for food, water, heat, cold, etc; you know nothing at all. And universities exist as terrorists instead of their claim to be gods; other than gods of death. You have no clue, and substantially are then proven to be insane.

EVEN the claim of Noah’s flood (a biblical event) is absolutely proven true; not only by the earth itself/ but by the presence of life buried under the ground; to create the fossil fuels we know exist. They all had to be gathered together/ before they were buried (some under thousands of feet of debris. And there is no possible way to do that other than by flood. And that of course removes all the universities claims of time lines and dates/ along with many other elements of their own failure. But as with all religion: they want answers to keep their parishioners in line (spending money, electing leaders)/ so they make it up.

Even so; while religion searches for knowledge to prove “I KNOW/ LISTEN TO ME”. Reality discards that with truth, the search for “CREATOR” as is evidenced by the thought needed to create life and world. Therefore we find three critical ingredients: thought, force, and truth presented by law. Thought being design/ force being work/ and truth by law representing order, disciplines, and respect for the reality of “real world consequences”.

Religion/ universities; worry about knowledge as if it were god/ it is not. Knowledge believes “now we know”; but you do not. Understanding respects the substance of wisdom which is “only truth survives”; and discovers its path beyond self, is through the ascent into truth. That elemental construction of value, conceived by hope; and the destiny shaped by desire. But along this journey we find the path divided into love and hate and time. Each with consequences of its own; as are formed by your own decisions of truth in evidence here.

Death marks the end of choice and its movement/ the beginning of eternity; as is law rules now. Truth moves through eternity, because it is the basis of law, and law leads to life. Force invigorates existence, and thought controls what is called freedom. The rebirth of identity, as formed by truth. We then come to the dimension known as living.

While that, is the simplified version of conception; it should not be considered beyond what it is: an understanding suited to the terms of thought/ where want (belief) does not exist. It lacks the substantial recognition of wisdom; and merely represents the ascent beyond time. Nonetheless; it does exceed religion; on the path that is recognized as “beyond self”; or “end of time”. Religion is not targeted/ as with universities; their knowledge represents an understanding prepared for my own footsteps to add something of me to the journey that is life on earth. Same as you. The difference is: my education is more extensive/ and of a different “teaching”.

Of life beyond the grave; the clear question of eternity is, “whatever” would I do, with an eternal life? The fundamental of that question is: IS LOVE enough for me, to grant the happiness I require to continue living as best I can with an existence that will not change? Only you know the answer to that truth, but once you die; your answer cannot be changed. Truth is truth, and nothing less will do. As for everything else, it will depend upon the elemental rise of knowledge, as it presents an understanding of wisdom to you. And if you desire that rise in life; to be true.

We then ask: “what is love, to the search for happiness”? Of elemental meaning, there is only one thing certain to life, and that is loneliness. Therefore the truth of love is an acceptance that my life and living is better, when your life and living has joined me in its truth of value, assigned within respect. Happiness is then being; a life intensified by love, a value expressed and experienced beyond self, has changed living into the blessing of ourselves. Born of truth, we do become the essence of one life to be lived; and therefrom no element of loneliness shall begin. The rise of knowledge in a universe that needs to discover the values of living; shapes the wisdom of our desire to add life, beyond self. No hate allowed/ nor is the disgrace of choosing less that being alive in love; the cradle of our existence from Creation into eternity.

Time, is a battleground; to test both the weak and strong/ to understand that life is a battleground as well. It is a universe with true elements of danger/ and limits with boundaries are required to survive. It is not “all free”. Contrary to religion that promises “live like the rich, and do nothing of value for life”/ the opposite could be true. However GOD is the essence of help, and the hope of every life; if you are working too. I predict nobody gets a free pass; rather we all contribute to living. But then like work here on earth, without some degree of commitment to the value of living; people whither away and die. I predict nothing will be “tragic or unkind”; unless you believe “you can play god too”.

As for this world: we are still waiting to see, if the court will respond with value or not. Because even if they decide the risk is not worth the price of being wrong; this is just one nation/ and convincing the rest of the world to stop being insane: requires the evidence of truth, in a courtroom open to all; to convince them all. To give up what they believe. Requires not being silent to the truth of what they did do. Few accept reality, and nearly all race back to what they believe/ because they want what they want. A courtroom of evidence “world wide” is required; because the cost of being wrong; is a worldwide event, called extinction.

Or, as would be a metaphor for our truth as a world. We all sail upon the Titanic/ but there is no alternate world to come save us from ourselves. TIME TO RESURRECT what has been done/ before the ship sinks forever: IS REQUIRED. And that requires a courtroom of evidence/ and a jury of humanity; to vote upon the truth of what they will or will not do; for life on earth.

“the iceberg” is dead ahead; the command to turn so that we can miss the worst of it soon exists. BUT AS HISTORY PROVES TRUE; delay will not save us. The turn from disaster and death for us all is NOW.

OR, AS IS THE LAW OF THIS USA;

stop being sheep; accept the truth: WE NEED TO KNOW! and enforce the law of our democracy as is: when confronted with a crisis/ REDRESS IS OUR ANSWER! Or,

WE THE PEOPLE SHALL DECIDE FOR OURSELVES; by our vote/ as the owners here.

When the evidence is proven true or false/ in a courtroom which allows for open and real documentation of what we know, as best we can. As a world threatened by extinction! So that our vote can be true to our own needs for life and world. As it is possible to be!

Which brings us all to the constant of human existence on earth:

HOW do you stop a believer, from wanting?

Answer; you cannot, because truth does not matter, and the evidence will be discarded as if it did not exist. Their prison cell makes them “safe from reality” in their own mind.

So as with all cult worshipers: your only choice is to attack the leaders of that cult/ because if the leader falls; so does his or her followers.

And belief ends; until they find another

to make their decisions; as is media.

While the cult religion of universities continues to claim “it is god; nothing less believes it can control the sun”.

The reality of their fantasy and delusions threaten us all.

WE MUST DECIDE FOR OURSELVES.

TO LET THEM CONTINUE; OR STOP THEM FROM ENDANGERING OUR LIVES.

THERE IS NO PURPOSE TO WAR.

WHICH LEAVES US WITH THE LAW OF OUR OWN GOVERNMENT.

TO PROTECT AND DEFEND LIFE ON EARTH.

Evolution is a constant curse of religion in our lives. As with hitler and others; a lie is propagated by media/driven home by fears of being wrong or ridiculed; and through indoctrination of every child by education;

“they believe”.

Which means “university is their god”.

Universities have had 200 years to find evidence of their claim; and have nothing other than “this looks like that”. To their shame, as a useless religion of lies.

Regarding the claim that universities expertise shall decide/ claiming superiority (same as nobility throughout history). The constant curse; “they will decide/ is the end of freedom, liberty, and justice”.

The reality is; they have taken our jobs/ so they could be employed. Sold our manufacturing and all things needed to survive. To claim greed.

Claiming numbers are all we need/ even though they inflated the currency beyond reality; adding debts to cover their claim of being gods. Liars, and thieves; traitors and terrorists.

We do stand at the gate of hell. NOT by religion claims; but by the leadership of men and women who claimed ‘WE KNOW”. But did not.

The future is as the future of our truth can establish for our living. Human overpopulation; as is 9 billion people at one percent is one million more every four days. No food/ no water/ no resource/ no hope. That is our truth.

You chose to believe “university knows”/ as they throw away the nation, world, nature, future, everything. Because they all scream “I WANT WHAT I WANT, to play god/ and to hell with the future or its life.” As is why the leadership of today/ the universities know; have operated without regard to anything but themselves. The result; they seek to destroy us all.

There is no easy road back to life. Simple as that.

But there is an easy road to death; “just keep doing what you are doing”.

Which again brings us back: TO THE DECISION,

are we/ or are we not “going to let the leaders of today”

be wrong?

Redress is the law/ our defense, not theirs.

SEEK TRUTH. “fight for your world/ or lose it”.
