Yet the universities do scream “yes we can”! 130 major experiments/ trillions spent.
So the battle is: WILL HUMANITY ITSELF/ agree, that the universities can control what they describe as “million mile long flames of chaos”; like evolution, “just believe”/ no evidence needed.
WE OWE OURSELVES AND OUR WORLD: THE INFORMATION TO DECIDE FOR OURSELVES, if in fact the risk of failure to us all, to our world/
demands they will stop.
Simple as that/ trial to decide if the gamble that can incinerate our earth IS ALLOWED? Our turn to vote TO DECIDE if we will let them gamble our entire earth/ because wrong (sun fire here) means we die. AS A WORLD!
This lawsuit; BY, state constitution and nation, as is constitutional law!
seeks these elements of our own constitutional law; is the law. is our government.
This is: “as best we can”/ not me. Because it removes the disguise of universities; and threatens their power (millions); so, DON’T send me gifts; they cannot be trusted. INSTEAD ENFORCE YOUR LAW. And prove as best we can: the truth, about what it means; to let them be wrong. No going back/ no second chances: FIRST ON THE LIST IS NUCLEAR FIRE. THE END OF LIFE ON EARTH! And they know it, BUT believe they are gods; and are too blind to see, hear, or think.
WE CANNOT BE WRONG. OR OUR WORLD WILL DIE.
Truth decides/ not belief or want.
OBEDIENCE TO OUR CONSTITUTIONAL DEMAND OF REDRESS, both state 5th article and nation first amendment. Or a very signed: why not; which will be appealed.
Remembering: that by article 3 of that constitution; the judiciary has no control over the constitution itself/ but must obey. WE: are the owners!
And that is consistent with the demand: YOU SHALL OBEY THE LAW AND ENFORCE IT; oath of our employees: as the constitution says.
As we the people; are united by that law. OURS, not yours as an employee.
YOUR JOB; IS to protect the people, and obey our constitutional law. Identify what is true, and insure; both state and nation. Understand threats.
THE CRITICAL CONSTRUCTION: OF GAMBLING WITH LIFE, WORLD, NATURE, AND THE FUTURE OF EVERY LIVING THING.
Is a violation of law/ and a distinct violation of our trust in government.

the decision: TO CREATE REDRESS FOR THE PEOPLE
SO THAT THEY MAY VOTE FOR THEMSELVES.
Which does demand a true accounting by organized courtroom law. (as best we can).
of every facet of life or death: that is framed in this lawsuit: as the evidence of why redress must occur. OR you must identify why it is not/ because your job is to protect life in this nation or state; within our law. And YOU ARE NOT allowed to gamble life or nation; or claim a cult belief in: reality called university.
WE WILL BEGIN “with fusion”; the most grievous of all attacks! On earth
OUR LIVES/ OUR EVERYTHING is not subject to their rule; or its claim of “nobility (the superior ones)”.. its cost; as is insurgency and theft: or its Covid claims. Or belief in their control over media and government, everything..
Constitutional government is: WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND: TRUTH by evidence.
Democracy is: WE THE PEOPLE DECIDE. THE LAW is our weapon. OUR VOTE AS CITIZENS: NATION OR STATE. Our Defense, when we must.
The courtroom is ours, as is the nation itself; as the real life owners here!
OUR EMPLOYEES are: hired to do their work, by swearing their oath:
“I do solemnly swear….…and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the constitution of the United States.”
WHAT don’t you understand: by oath: is cause for eviction from office.
THE WARNING: THERE IS LITERALLY NO PLACE TO HIDE, OR RUN AWAY FROM A PLANET IGNITED INTO A SUN.

THERE IS NO ENEMY FOR YOU TO ATTACK, NO CLAIM for now the threat is gone. UNIVERSITIES, governments and media; around the world are participating. You can’t kill them all, and it takes only one reality of failure; to kill our world.

And understand: you wanted to play god, and the universities are playing god. But the cost is extinction. SO IF YOU LET THEM BE WRONG, your world/ your lives/ your child/ your future: IS DEAD.
Nuclear fire IS ONLY ONE of the threats universities believe they can control. WRONG IS EXTINCTION, no going back in time.
