IT IS, my intent: to be clear about the need for action/ and the reality of my involvement in your decisions.

To that extent: there are BASIC RULES that will be accepted.

That apply to coming to this farm/ or me participating with you.

1. BECAUSE this could take up to five years to fully expand the potential for change: I will lease you this property for the purposes of a NEW WORLD ORDER/ precipitating on the value of your work. NO substantial work, to vote upon; means the contract is broken/ and you can be evicted from the property. No intent exists beyond the months already described: BUT IF YOU ARE SUCCEEDING in this work; arrangements will be made.

2. If I stay by your decision: all debts are your responsibility/ I have no debts beyond tax. Unfortunately tinnitus is a problem; we can try but I make no promise to stay: I WAS deaf for a short time/ and learned immediately, the pain will be endured. I do NOT intend to go deaf for you. Otherwise; the property will produces no income; and you will make that up. If I leave by your decision: then you will pay the price of realistic housing; and what it takes to live in reality of the apparent location chosen. You ARE responsible for policing the grounds/ and all needs/ debts; as are consistent with bringing back the property to its originating state.

3. MY ENTIRE DECISION: is based upon the truth, that our world is dying/ and all life is facing the horrors of hell; as chosen by university leads the nation in everything. Fails life and world in everything. Consequently there is no real choice/ but let the world die; I do not choose that.

4. As to rules; KINDLY do not bring sickness here/ there is work to be done; no room for it. NO PROSTITUTION here of any kind/ no drugs/ no stealing/ no hate/ no violence/ no “illegal commercial enterprises” of any kind/ no aggressive behavior. And no telling what your group is doing until you are ready to display the work to the public for their vote. [men will steal it or ridicule it or whatever]. So leave it silent until it is ready for the world to see.

5. All insurance liability and costs are yours; every single one. You deal with government employees; and do not forget this is a democracy, and we the people shall rule that.

6. In order to DEMAND REDRESS from the courts; you must make them take you to court. The simple solution is: “to pay me an amount for salary”; THAT WILL NOT be paid tax on/ SO THAT they cannot refuse to take me to court. Where my demand will be THE LAW OF REDRESS SHALL BE OBEYED FIRST. This is the legally simple way. That salary would not be returnable; and you are dependent upon my choice. OR, any other one/ or all of you together: can refuse to pay the tax/ UNLESS REDRESS IS OBEYED FIRST. In that way, I am not involved, nor will I be paid accordingly.

7. I promise to be plain, simple, and fair; helping where needed if asked. Taking no more than what is justified by you. The work is my reward; because I do accept by the evidence: no world will exist without true change. YOU CAN ask me to leave at any time; under the conditions that a realistic payment will be made to accomplish “more than homeless for me” shall be required; of you.

8. If you fail/ then you fail; you choice/ not mine. If you succeed that is by your choice/ not mine; and there will be no complications from me. Truth will decide.

9. I have NO DESIRE to tell you what to do/ its NOT my job. But you may not tell me what to do either: we must agree, and share the responsibility of making appropriate decisions; for life.

10. Yes I know: that choosing to come here is almost “an impossibility”/ therefore why make this statement of rules? Answer: “last chance/ last time/ all done; no excuses allowed”. At soon to be 72 years old; time is running out for me too.

11. What can I do for you? Answer: the website works I have created should easily answer that. More than enough exists.

12. What if you don’t do anything? Answer: it is not my job to save you/ it is not my duty to make you/ it is not my responsibility to make you. That decision and its consequences are STRICTLY for you/ not for me.

13. The end result being: NOTHING BUT WORK HERE! But if you are willing to work for life and world, I will help you to understand the decisions better/ if you wish. Is there better? CLEARLY more luxury and excuses/ comfort and convenience/ a long list of people who want to influence you as is power, pride, and want “at your door”. If you are proving to do some work. But if you accept the threats of extinction are real: to be honest, I do recommend you come here/ because “one second too late”; and there are no choices to be made. Life is over/ only HELL is left.

    1. You should understand: that the separation of powers in this democracy is paramount to sustaining our democracy. And that means: in order to fight for our nation; we must invoke the truth about what separation of powers mean. Or more clearly: presidents cannot discard the judiciary, and its protections or freedoms or rights/ or make decisions only allowed to congress. Because they cannot be plaintiffs; until out of office. As president: you have no standing in court. Its not your job! While the puke and vomit of university leads has been parasitic and a plague to everything democratic in truth. The nazi version of “WE WANT THE POWER now” as is the republican response through trump; who continues his campaign toward “Nazi Germany”; much like hitler did. [there is always a nazi party, throughout the world/ demanding we are the law now. There is always another hitler, trying to create fear/ by destroying laws as universities do “with expertise; listen only to us”.]. By creating distractions: so that the real work of removing every form of competition for him is completed. The employment of the presidency REQUIRES that you surrender your right to proceed in court as a plaintiff: until that presidency is done. It further enforces the court: “with good behaviors only” or we the people will remove you. And it demands of the congress; that the dead corpse of university knows shall not dictate what the truth of congress is. There is no expert/ there is no university knows/ there is no all things the universities want/ there is no university changes democracy; or any part of “the grave that is university workers/ who tell the congress what they can or will vote upon”. ONLY THE EVIDENCE DECIDES. And that means you can’t let the sewer of university cult workers make your decision.

       The primary purpose of the presidency, governed by the preamble which he swears to uphold is: to insure the nation DOES NOT go to war/ which requires world law to be exercised instead. The alternative to that is: TO DEFEND the nation, and our democracy from insurgents (university decides), traitors (university commands), and terrorists (university plays god). INSURING that the separation of powers is absolute: which means enforcing REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES; as is the solution called WE THE PEOPLE own this nation/ money, power, and pride; does not. To insure redress and the command of law: is article 7 of the constitution.

    2. There is always a plague and pandemic; of the university cursed; the dogs of war trying to incite the violence which then becomes the distraction of war: so the rats can crawl inside, and steal everything they want/ while you die. Such is the reality of prejudice intentionally created between “black and white”; with the vomit of fools leading the way. As is mitigated by: you ain’t no slave, and never were. Your claim of white enslavement/ and denial of white death and dismemberment/ loss of family/ loss of homes and more; to free the slaves; discarded as refuse. When in fact the civil war was about money, and little more. Because simply declaring slaves were free/ BUT LEAVING THE DEBTS TO BE PAID TO BANKERS; required a fight. Because with the law and its war: the thieves stole lives. WAKE UP AND BE FAIR. Remembering; reality does not care whose to blame/ it only cares what is true, the consequences created by why.

14. WHEN there is a disagreement between SERVICES of our government; as is the presidency and judiciary as to what our democracy requires. REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES IS YOUR ANSWER; because it says to the owners. YOU MUST DECIDE THIS for us/ and for you. It is the way of true democracy; to decide for ourselves, whenever there is disagreement: what will be chosen as our law. I do expect this type of resolution to power; to result from your actions.  BOTH for government and yourselves.

    1. THE CORRUPTION of arrogance/ the CONSPIRACY TO DENY TRUTH, as is apathy/ and the COLLUSION of pure disrespect; will be evicted/ or this is not a job for either of us. Make your choice; but carry it through; because it is not a game. OUR WORLD is at stake, and so is every living thing.    SIGN YOUR NAME; AND STAND UP TO BE RECOGNIZED;  “nobody, gets to hide”.

       1. To be fair, I need to recognize: some limited degree of compromise will be required; it is a lesson I fail on occasion. For example: I once thought to teach a “starving man; if you are going to do this/ you have to learn to negotiate”. But I was wrong; first things first. Or in more simple terms: I tried to carefully negotiate solutions/ but my ex-wife cured me of that. And the result is; I use only simple methods which get the job done as a result. These are elements of my own behavior; you should be aware of. Even so: the purpose of all democracy (a primary purpose) is to remove the power of one/ and give it to all to decide instead. I will hold to that, with the exception: my life is my life/ not yours to decide. OUR LIVES/ OUR WORLD, is entirely different.

          1. And the world of humanity says to me: “we want what we want”/ and that includes hiding from those who take it away. Even though extinction is then certain! So, I leave you now; to your decisions/ and its consequences. I did do, what I could or was allowed to do. I pray; that it may be so/ the fight over for me; by calling male dead. But not “female” either/ as reality will prove true. As to the future of me; I have no clue, but it is clear I have changed. Not homosexual/ not transvestite/ not sexually deviant or concerned: simply changed, and I must identify the truth of my own eternity/ as has been changed. The value of fighting for you; ended. GOOD LUCK to all/ your choice. Fight or die/ simple as that. Or the future of you is certain: you chose extinction.  PRAY it is not so!

             1. Or more simply for me: NOT understanding or identifying my/your own truth for or in eternity; IS A VERY big deal. And I do not/ realities have changed; foundation truths, have changed. Critical understanding has been lost. “ITS COMPLICATED”. The past has no meaning; I MUST search for the future OF ME. “whatever spiritual woman” has for me, as her contribution to the life of female;  lacks my concern; I have no real choice.  Not a clue!
