TO CHRISTIE CLINIC
FROM JAMES FRANK OSTERBUR
DATED; 7/2/25
RE: your claim for debt
as you have been told: NO DEBT exists. Because the final result of your work for me is negligence/ in the form of a refusal to conduct surgery; because you claim I did not seat someone in your waiting room. While surgery was performed. So your doctor canceled that surgery/ after all preparations were made. Do to rules of the hospital I am told/ which is in compliance with the claim of “medicine”. That a rule is far more important than a patient/ or the potential for cancer that existed.
Refusal to do the work: for what was the ENTIRE REASON I appeared at your door and asked specifically for removal of a lump on my knee. Does not constitute a debt. As padding for MORE MONEY TO YOU; did not help me in the least.
Your refusal constitutes negligence, your claim for money regardless of no work for me done; is extortion. And your refusal to address the immediate need for a potential risk to my life: constructs an ejectment of me, for what can only be construed as; “libelous content” in the matter of what a doctor sees/ that I do not.
My life is not a matter for your decision: YOU ARE a medical facility/ AND THAT DOES NOT constitute a right to construct any form of barrier against me. YOU ARE NOT “master/ and I am not your slave”; as is, I better not say ANYTHING (I did not)/ or I will be discarded as livestock are. As I am.
The constant battle here is: as a dependent of the medical industry/ as we all are. The foundation of our experience is: YOU OWE every citizen/ us ALL, regardless financial obligations. A MINIMUM OF CARE. 202 N.E. 2D 317, 318. because when it comes to healthcare; you have stated as an industry/ it is your job. And as a nation who must care for its citizens. OUR DEPENDENCY IS A COLLATERAL CONDITION 57 S.W. 2D 222, 223 of your participation in our lives. A condition which requires total impartiality from you; as a business. Which was not accepted by you. NOT EVEN AT A COST OF $80,000 DOLLARS PER HOUR; as paid by medicare or insurance; plus what you bill me.
Your option is again: “go ahead take me to court”.
