forgot to turn this OES engine upright too: but shows as dark blue: air going in. light blue as water being turned to steam and red smaller line is engine exhaust being used to create that steam and force through the turbine as it goes out.

THIS IS; a rotating valve alone from the OES engine standing on a red mount. that is being used with a "other than coal" fuel. for the purpose of rotating the valve in relation to the pistons, as is constant in engines today. cylinders in green move  turning the valve...
