Power hates redress: because it removes the blanket of “government”/ to resurrect WE THE PEOPLE, by our constitutional contract {by these methods, and for this purpose}; united with each other: for freedom and law.

This is your decision/ this is my risk (no choice; as the extent of their influence exists). The reality is: NO CHANGE will exist for healthcare; without your decision to participate. There is NO SOLUTION without law. REDRESS IS THE LAW, of our constitutional democracy. Its purpose is: “as owners here”/ we will decide for ourselves now. To guide this democracy; and determine its purpose; as the law we create; for our lives and purpose does do. By forming “new guards for their securities”. As the basis and foundation of their government; this USA. As is: the right to demand “fair play in medical realities” for all.
IN CONTROVERSY: medical Administration sets the price, and controls the business; which is the money involved. THIS purpose for trial, is THEN: not functionally, about the medical side of healthcare; NO “expert”, will be called. BECAUSE IT IS ONLY about the business or administration of healthcare. Elementally: “the decision makers”/ and the realities constructing: “work, rules, and their demand for: pay and control”. & Their hidden statistical agenda; to keep pertinent information/ evidence out. Of patient hands. We are not protected by “administration/ organization”; but by real world patient truth.
Therefore the critical test will be: is there an organization, COMMUNICATE with each other/ in religions, unions, politics, all other methods of “we must defend ourselves”: YES OR NO. To carry this trial forward? Because, it cannot be done alone! Simple as that.
Which will include a “lawyer, for this purpose”; capable of extending the need for trial: into the truth that is OUR CONSTITUTIONAL LAW; provides for “first amendment redress”.
As redress is: the only way to remove; the human need for protection (all of us now) from healthcare revenge as is the reality of this trial. That cannot be done by jury; as they have their own vested interest NOT to make the hospitals angry (waiting in silence); at their choice. Today, I cannot know: if helping me, will result in help or hurt! Because they can: a “chilling effect”, before the law, intended to protect. However, I have fought for you “for fifty years”/ and will not do it again. EITHER YOU CHOOSE to participate, as a nation enforcing law/ as is this trial; to change healthcare, FOR US ALL; or it will otherwise go away.

THE PURPOSE OF TRIAL IS:
A) TO CONFRONT THE REALITY OF FAILURE/ as is consistent with law. By using redress (our democratic right) to establish: WITH OUR OWN SOLUTIONS IN HEALTHCARE AND BEYOND. What is fair and justified; for the living. “to defend our own health”. By establishing EQUAL RIGHTS; the decision to be “all of us” united; IN OUR OWN DECISION; for life, with healthcare, as one nation.
By choosing, its future: as WE THE PEOPLE; as best we can.
THIS IS ABOUT ALL OF US, AS NOBODY IS EXEMPT: from the realities of healthcare/ or its needs.
The constant that is: I am removed from, by the systemic realities of “the business” of healthcare/ by nationally syndicated decisions; to control our every patient objection to what they do.
Providing revenge; in the form of: “we DON’T want you anymore”. Because I did not have someone seated in a waiting room; for the entire length of however long it took; for a surgeon to decide to release me. The punishment even at $76,400 dollars per hour: GET OUT, nobody complains here. “a breach of promise”.
As is playing god, PRIDE, and power RULES HERE: with my life; and it can just as easily be your life too!
WHERE, did “changing the nation” come from/ the inability of government employees to do ANYTHING productive/ the curse of currency deception. AS ALWAYS: true change comes from the universities; who claimed to be “experts”. But were only “devil in disguise”. Seek the evidence/ not your belief.
B) IDENTIFYING, THE INITIAL PROBLEMS: “WE ARE NOT EQUAL”.
We, then begin the journey, I DID NOT ask for/ as the primary foundation of living in time; is the care used in respecting the body itself has needs/ like it or not. I asked: remove this lump on my knee/ and accepted the frivolous and useless “additional charges just to collect money; without complaint/ because as is compliant with all the rest of society “let the government pay”/ as with medicare. Is no less than all the money they stole from me in their counterfeiting and debt creation failures of government; so constant in our lives. I accepted the risk; of anesthesia “where reality provides absolutely no control by me/ over what the surgeon does or does not do”. I awaited my turn in surgery, and provided not only the ride to the surgery center/ but the ride back from surgery to the home of my brother in law and sister; whereby I would stay until fully ready to accept; my responsibility now. NO element of previous outstanding debt existed: “Bias” refused me.
Their statement: “Christie clinic has chosen to discontinue its patient-relationship with you”.
The consequence is: that I did accept the ridiculous charges of a medical industry/ that functions without care/ and asserts their only task is to collect whatever money they want to charge for themselves; as is their business. THEY REFUSED, claiming a demand “someone must sit in the waiting room, for however many hours they demand”; a useless and completely unnecessary waste of time. In this real world scenario. Ending with the surgeon refused surgery. And as a result; even though they control most of the area in this business: I should seek alternate care, because they can’t have anyone questioning what they do/ or what they charge/ or who they bankrupt; because they reserve the right: to play god.
Their statement: “you may wish to select another health care provider”.
The consequence: no healthcare was provided/ no payment was created for work that did not apply to the only in fact purpose of the visit to their facility or claim of work. I came to get the “lump removed, because it can or does represent a potential medical risk”. NO HEALTHCARE/ no money; is the function and reality of business. If I don’t do the work I was hired to do/ THEN I DON’T GET PAID, because the reason I was hired and I am here; was not attended too. NO WORK FOR ME/ NO PAY FOR YOU. Is called a conditional contract/ reality! No intent to make this right; by refusing to RESCHEDULE ME for surgery. And in fact a flagrant denial of that fact; by allowing me to believe it was rescheduled/ when it was not. Taking my time and others; to belittle and ridicule me; because healthcare is a joke, to the people who run a business/ and believe they are exempted from reality for claiming “healthcare”. What choice you got? So they chose, avoiding the realities of “just do the work for me. To establish: this is “not business/ it is pride instead; lets make him pay”. As is the constant: of society in decay. Because “unity of purpose” is established by justice, and the certainty of FAIR PLAY/ as is not here. Not in government/ not in judiciary/ not in education or values and realities or even the patent office; ALL OF IT CHANGED, by university expertise taking control. To produce the demand that is pride/ and its power will control now. Choosing to destroy the nation and world; by playing god with everything.
The reality: OBEY, ITS YOUR LIFE/ let fear overwhelm you: OBEY/ let belief lead you to accept “I, can’t be wrong”; and OBEY! YOUR BODY ENFORCES OUR RULE; OBEY, or fear the cost of being WRONG. OBEY the extortion and don’t complain: or like this example; WE WILL LET YOU risk death/ because that is OUR CHOICE. To call you worthless; as is the reality of expulsion for such a very tiny offense as is this. Proving the claim is “we are god”/ you are nothing. As is the constant of war: “obey or die”. Making WHO will choose to be our SLAVE; your only choice “to live”. BELIEVE or die; but OBEY because the body extorts you to save yourself; if you don’t know how. By accepting “healthcare”. And while the poor scream: “we will be bankrupted; losing a lifetime of our work; for nothing fair, in return”. The rich “hiding in money” declare themselves free/ saved because they will pay. BUT AS IS THE ESTIMATE OF $76,400 DOLLARS PER HOUR, for me; your money is nearly worthless/ unless you pay ten times more, and BEG/ pleading I will OBEY. As is the proof of two “medical businesses” operating as one: making the same choice. Why: because power don’t need the money/ they want obedience, the pride of shouting I am king. Regardless of how many people are depending upon the business itself. Like all other business: the rich say, “I will leave behind; your tears”. Both of which refused to proceed with surgery to find out; what is wrong, with this lump on my knee. “didn’t care”/ as is their right: UNLESS the law says, it is their job, to accept the public demand: “you do, work for us”. But in a land without justice; “nobody cares” right/ unless its you.
We then examine the impacts of law on this matter. NO ELEMENT OF THREAT/ NO CONSTRAINT OF PURPOSE other than “do only this; as agreed to me”/ NO refusal to pay. No work done/ surgery canceled without justifiable cause. By hospital administration: “takes the blame”. Even though enforced by the surgeon.

CREATING AN UNDERSTANDING, BY ACKNOWLEDGING LAW.
Malpractice is indicated by the deliberate decision NOT to provide the necessary elements of healthcare; to avoid the risk of complications or potential cancers. Choosing instead to rely upon “a claim of negligence (you didn’t do; EXACTLY, what we wanted)” to avoid the proper treatment. 72 F. Supp 394, 399, 236 N.Y.S. 64.
Malum in se; a deliberate “wrongful act” 373 S.W. 2D 24,90,93 as is pursuant to the charge; no attempt to resurrect this surgery existed by either party involved. A pure “get lost” decision was established. Proven true by letters indicating; as written.
Malice: no justification exists; you are not god or savior. I asked for work to be done/ which proven by the state of preparations within the hospital before leaving: identify I was proceeding with all due respect. 99, A. 2D 849,854
Malfeasance; no authority exists, all that was needed was in place. Whether you believed me or not: is not your decision to make. OVERSTEPPED the reality of truth. Which was complicated by the administration of syndicated nationally: demands. I stated: this is my decision/ and proved compliance by having my brother-in-law; not only deliver me to the hospital/ but accepted the decision to pick me up; when done. And did in fact pick me up within 5 minutes of my call “surgery is dead”. 97 S.E. 2D 33, 42
extortion: “the use of fear or coercion, in order to take the money”. While there is no illegality in medical business: THERE IS, the condition of a body that demands “fear the consequences/ and accept the cost; no matter how ludicrous the amount. Because the body of health and safety; “is worth more”. Which implements: a THREAT, to be used against the patient/ by fear of consequences; which includes pain and suffering. These are then “extenuating circumstances”. Or, more distinctly: when a doctor says, “if the gall bladder is not taken out; it can turn cancerous, and cause death”. Along with a long list of other definitions that may or may not be true. In order to achieve the work and payments of surgery. It is fundamentally reversed extortion: same thing, but different methods of inducing pain, coercion, and fear of death. It is: the body that attacks, and drives the outcome. But the price of it: identifies the crime. “medicines” are particularly vulnerable to coercion; as the come with the conclusion “you should take this to avoid trouble”. So keep coming back; which produces a steady income. OR, in terms of surgery; I was told recently: that the patient was charged $100,000.00; and the surgeon got $33,000.00 for an afternoon work. “get em” while their hot; some say. But that is hearsay; while I am certain enough evidence exists to prove what is true; about costs. My dad, now dead 2012 from melanoma; would be a good case study; “revealing only the evidence; no comment”. Over time; as is today.
Reality however adds: “can’t put a price on life”/ cause dead is dead, and wrong means; “you ain’t never coming back”. Not for any price. “forever”.
WHICH EVIDENCES THE TRUTH: SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE!
D) RESOLVING THE LEGAL SOLUTIONS: MEANS CONFRONTING REALITY.
As is the curse of government employees who sell us all: FOR their bribes. As is the complete failure of government; to control the pharmaceutical industry/ and allow them to use the extortion of body/ the fear of death; and control the price of what they charge. By advertising; to claim “you knew”/ and escape the cost of poisoning people with lies “as is the visual images” aligned with “this is great”. Or the intent which is: “the real money is in getting people to return every month; for more pills”. As is this nation with the highest cost of healthcare per person in the world; because advertising and fear, work/ for those who know how to manipulate, tempt, and control people with media or other. A reality expanded by the cost of chemistry; as proven by my own experience “with a new glue”/ which proved to be after 8 hours of contact use; I found myself in the emergency room; under attack by infiltration through the skin. While employees of government; GET their bribes, by selling democracy to the highest bidder. A form of treason.
E) UNDERSTANDING THE GAME/ AIN’T NO GAME.
MAKE NO MISTAKE: “BUSINESS IS STRICTLY about making money”/ it is not a charity, or a playground, or whatever you want it to be. It is only what it is: the decision to work in some capacity; in order to get money. But as indicated here, by $76,400 dollars per hour: “when rich enough”/ money don’t matter, but POWER AND PRIDE do. Which leaves healthcare, at the whim of those who believe they are “your saviors”. Because the body extorts compliance; and the reality of “a body attacked” is: this can get worse. Or as “healthcare” provided: I spent 10 days waiting for a broken bone surgery, the initial estimate $37,000.00 to fix it/ over $66,000.00 later: I have to tell them take me to court/ because neither I nor my insurance; ain’t paying no more. Therefore no real world options for the patient, are the constant. Because the business: controls the competition through universities graduation. When last looked 20 years or so ago: not one more graduate than in 1960; was coming out of US schools.
Their statement: to hide behind the wall of “county medical society or your insurance”; is all they need to do. Their decision: “let insurance pay”; results in the downfall of healthcare; as is NOW only the rich can afford this/ and it all turns to let the government pay. As becomes: THE INVASION of our nation (we can take it all); by the war, of those who want to be RICH.
Healthcare is not that! Healthcare is: the ascension over time, of what we can do for ourselves/ when the body is attacked by reasons or realities, which risk the future. It is further assembled by those who say: I am willing to provide these services, in exchange for YOU, taking care of my own needs too. In a fair and realistic exchange of services and products as is best we can for both sides. So we all know that healthcare is a business. But we all know that unless the healthcare is successful/ the ability to pay will be affected. The consequence is: as workers we both have a job to do/ and the reward for that is respecting the value of body/ and the value of work for that body. Not done here. Nor is there any cause in the past for any reason whatsoever to deny me care; for your failures to sustain an adequate and real world purpose: in a demand for value to my life.
Their statement is: “for a period of thirty days” they will provide emergency care and treatment only. This will allow you sufficient time to select another health care provider.
Claiming; that their business is exempt from the realities of life and living/ by merely stating WE WON’T PROVIDE HEALTHCARE HERE; unless you allow us to play god, with your life, work, money, and future. But that is not healthcare by any form or fashion of work or existence. I did not refuse to pay; or “let the government pay”; as is the scream of my generation. Nor did I provide any cause for refusal to do the work; as proven by the absence of a vehicle to drive myself/ as proven by my brother-in-law who was there to pick me up within five minutes of my call; surgery is canceled. Not my fault. So the existence of healthcare failed. While the intent to collect money did not.
Their statement is: “once you have selected a new healthcare provider, your medical records will be transferred without charge upon your written, signed, and dated notification to Christie clinic”.
The discovery of a legal intent to remove healthcare from me: lacks substance, and refuses the purpose of healthcare; which is care. The administration of this business lacks; all purpose of care/ as the substance of their complaint is NOT; A REALITY of value. But the assertion, “we can do anything we want/ and will refuse ANY attempt at the foundation of business, which is pay for work as expected”: because we are god
their statement is: please be advised all future appointments with Christie clinic, will be canceled. Signed chief medical officer
Making the foundation of their purpose is: to completely dominate the patient and remove all functional and functioning rights from the patient/ as well as ANY means for REALITY WORKS HERE/ to be discharged into the garbage of human waste that is: NOT HEALTHCARE.
We then move to the owners of the facility; working in tandem with Christie Clinic; as is Carle Foundation hospital.
Their statement is; I am the executive director….in receipt of your letter, you provided to CEO Dr. James Leonard 6/2/25. to briefly summarize, you provided detailed information relating to your surgery cancellation at the ambulatory surgery center at Carle the fields on may 8, 2025. due to not having an adult available during your surgery, as well as not having a driver to take you home.
REALITY; HOWEVER knows, and was explained in detail with the link www.jamesfosterbur.com/clinic AND ITS VARIOUS LINKS FROM THE HOMEPAGE UNDER CLINIC. Recognizing: that I had a driver deliver me/ that I needed a driver to pick me up after surgery/ and that his house was not more than five minutes away from the surgery center. Therefore while I DID NOT provide an adult to create the illusion of someone there; I provided a family member who literally would pick me up when the surgery was done and I called. This then fails; your understanding/ or your complaint that I was not prepared as needed, or expected to be. Not true.
Their statement is: I apologize for the frustration you have experienced due to this cancellation, however we follow best practice standards in our requirements for patients to have an adult available during the time of surgery and to drive you home after anesthesia. This is not only a requirement at Carle but the standard of practice in ambulatory surgical centers across the nation. We recognize this can be a great burden at times. Which is why we make every attempt to ensure understanding to avoid these type of cancellations.
F) DEMANDING PARTICIPATION FROM A NATION. THE PRICE OF FREEDOM.
THEIR decision, as indicated: is then a nationally systemic rule; tied to, the business of surgery; and is not a reality of the individual surgeon. Which then aligns with: a failure to properly provide “healthcare”; in real world terms. That are consistent with the truth recognized by “a great burden”; in this society.
FOUNDATIONS OF PRACTICE; which allow for the removal of healthcare at your whim/ does not constitute a value to society itself. As provided by the various links starting with www.jamesfosterbur.com/clinic the opportunities for change; in order to facilitate the need for each participant in this “business of healthcare”/ are properly attained by small and insignificant changes as indicated in that letter; advising of; this discharge of services is unwarranted. And works to insure; anyone who hears, “shall obey”. They refuse reality; and want pride & power instead. As is; “we will not be told what to do, to change for better/ we are god”. Your options provided; fail that power/ and remove that pride; letting people participate with the balance of their own existence leading the way. For life/ not power.
I had provided for everything needed for me/ a driver and a pickup when called. With regard to all your concerns completed: I was refused surgery. Without question or consideration/ or cause to deny. A valid and real world truth; that does not include the doctor or the administration of a business; claimed to be healthcare, can legally refuse. Because you do have responsibilities to the public; and that does not include frivolous, nor irresponsible actions by you. I waited a month for surgery, with potential cancer: how is that to be denied by a frivolous rule? It is unfair! Particularly considering I started this process in March I think; and nothing yet in june.
Their statement is: I realize this is not the response you had hoped for, and that you may take further action as a result. I would not discourage you from taking action where you believe is necessary, but please know that we are firm in our standard requirements, which are backed by the medical community. I hope that arrangements can be made in the future with your Christie clinic care team to reschedule your surgery. “executive director”.
The fundamental of this statement is: that they have no responsibility to the patient/ no duty of purpose that allows for patient realities. And their assertion is: it is far more important for the medical community to let someone die/ to let a crisis of potential medical complications rise. So they don’t have to change. Not as an individual relationship to the quality of care needed for life and work to be facilitated; or to the legal consequences of their decision to refuse treatment/ or deny help for any cause other than “we want you to be our slave”.
The reality of anesthesia; is simplified to say: a variety of effects can be attained by the drugs and the cause of surgery itself/ which do subject the patient to an inquiry of competency they may not like to pay for. But the threat of “hospital, at ten thousand dollars plus” for an hour worth of time to let this dissipate in house: is MORE than a solution/ it is an extortion taking advantage of the patient to remove and bankrupt them from their future needs/ causing homelessness for some/ suicides for others/ and ending marriages, child care and more: because you don’t care about anyone but you. Because unlike the government employees, and their bribes to overthrow this nation with counterfeiting and debt creation: IN THE REAL WORLD, we do live by money; and all the thieves who intend to steal it. So while you can conceive of the cost of anesthesia on a patient/ WE MUST accept the realities of that cost in OUR OWN LIVES; where you will attack us for payment. REGARDLESS of a legitimate right. Because that is WHAT YOU chose/ not I.
The curse of medicine is: that we know absolutely nothing about a doctor or surgeon/ other than the expectation of a diploma. Because they don’t want us to know; thereby making a decision based upon the evidence. It is a command: “believe/ fear/ obey”. We know nothing substantial about the statistical realities of evidence proven true: by pharmaceutical distributors seeking our money/ but using images to hide the cost of consequences they induced; by temptations created in advertising. We know nothing about options; because they offer only the highest price solutions. As with diabetic medicines: as used for the first fifty years (very cheap/ but effective) as compared to “special of the day”/ which is very expensive, and pushed by sales commission.
G) ELEVATING DEMOCRACY; WE DECIDE: IS “OUR SOLUTION, through REDRESS”. LET THE POWER BE DISSOLVED; because we can.
Now we summarize the truth of this debacle, that did not need to be. Neither Christie or Carle provided an opportunity to simply have the “lump from my leg removed”. And I provided no cause for their decision against me. The demand of medicare: to accept the enrolled as valuable; is removed. Pandering to the solution: go somewhere else/ so that NO element of trouble/ nor recognition of right/ no discovery of care or concern for life/ or claim to “play fair”; can come here. Even though: it starts here, with you. Who do control the vast majority of healthcare in this area.

Potentially: Jeopardizing my life, for nothing more than a delusion of legal standing to claim they have a right; we are a business/ independent and without a need to serve the public we choose not to serve. Charging whatever we please; “so long as, let the government pay” continues/ at our discretion. The rule, we create/ not life, decides; regardless of medicare or any other legal expectation. The risk is strictly your own/ your body: your concern.
When the foundation of this reality is: I TOO HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT, to protect myself/ from all undue charges to my finances; from people who have too much control over my future. From people who exploit their advantage over me: because the body functions as extortion; to allow. To take control over my own healthcare/ EVEN THOUGH, at times I will need someone to assist me in a body, that can defeat me. BECAUSE like you: I am vulnerable to the cost of our realities of living. YOU DO NOT EAT, without all the people who provide that food, and water, and fuel, and housing, and vehicles, and clothing, and policing, and EVERYTHING ELSE YOU NEED. Including the tools and the realities you use to work: Same as me: workers/ not gods, who can claim anything they want. Under the disguise of healthcare that does not exist in this scenario of being refused the right to go where I need to go: by closing the door in my face.
Christie (enforced the rule) and Carle (created the rule) are “locked in step” with this scenario. One is the Christie surgeon who refused my surgery; due to the demands of Carle hospital; to have an adult seated in the facility/ rather than; ready and able: five minutes away in their own home; due to his own surgery not yet completely healed. These two control most of the medical facilities in this area; and they are not easily separated. The body extorts; that I must participate in its “healthcare”/ regardless of the enemies who stand in the way; as is a healthcare “estimate of $74,600 dollars PER HOUR, or more”. The American medical association AMA; was advised of this situation/ so as to get an adequate view of what is real nationally: in the claim called healthcare; but they refused to answer. Administration results in control over what does go on within the business structure, and its complete control over the participants; by removing their choice. Their complete control over the billing and its collection process.
HOW IS THAT FAIR? The reality is; everything about healthcare in this nation USA; is a curse; due to administrative decisions. And bears no reality to the needs of a nation/ or the realities of a human life/ or the cost of “just let the government pay”. OR the cost or confines, of education. As is hidden in the lies, and theft, and failures; that are constant to all this people about EVERYTHING. And when we look closely: the control over competition is ENTIRELY DUE, to the university and its refusal to graduate fairly/ and by standards of reality. As begins the entire delusion of “healthcare”.
H) DESIGNING CHANGE. TO TAKE CONTROL OVER OUR OWN LIVES AND WORLD.
AN ABSOLUTE CHANGE IS REQUIRED. Removing from healthcare the enclosure “this is a business”/ when in fact it is not. Healthcare is, the value of tears/ as has translated the critical construction of “things which can be done”. By the burden of a body extorting you to accept: whatever they charge, is not healthcare. The realities of a business requirement to accept only “university diploma” is not healthcare but extortion; as is to get the diploma, you have to accept whatever they charge as is the current half million dollars of debt to get their license to work.
ALL OF IT IS BAD. And that means; CHANGE IS REQUIRED.
While it is NOT my desire to participate in this fight for legitimate rights and realities; to oversee our healthcare as a nation or society. It is my desire to understand and participate; in the opportunities required to intervene in an attack against my own body. By realities of simply living, as time produces the need; to fight back against the invader.
THE CONCLUSION: healthcare is not a business/ it is a reality of living life in time.
THAT MEANS; as people who are subject to the cost of living in a biological body of life; we must protect ourselves, from those who will not/ claiming they are exempt. By being a business; REGARDLESS of money, as proven by the estimate of $37,000.00 for half hour of work.
REMOVED from reality by the claim “just let government pay”! Is a fools dream/ because there is no such thing as “government to pay”. There is only we the people to pay; and every university debt they created for us/ is a promise we the people will pay them; at the university plays god, level of deceit and mayhem and chaos as they did choose; by overthrowing our governmental constitution. With their insurgency “as experts” who say; we are their slaves/ not the same. This nation is devoured by the claim of “let the government pay”; which some accounts say medicare alone is worth 5 trillion dollars a year/ while other healthcare claims are another 5 trillion dollars a year. While reality means: one trillion dollars is ten thousand dollars per each and every: of one hundred million workers; so 5 trillion is equal to $50,000.00 collected per year from each of: one hundred million workers. LIES AND THIEVES EVERYWHERE. So they counterfeit/ and hide the truth of numbers do not add up.
Hidden my media, as the claim we will prove we can be gods; BY MUTILATING LIFE paid for by covid fraud. THEIR INSURGENCY: begins with trump; and the allowance to charge “’$60,000.00 per shot” PER one hundred million doses of: “LETS CHANGE” human genetics”. Did not the universities get everything we want: WITH LIES! As coupled to theft and betrayal is the solution of universities; to everything/ with terrorism! Just the first of many frauds; claiming covid/ and paid for; by cult worshiping leaders! And; media being paid with bribes; to create and support “Nazi”, participated with lies; to cover the truth: this is not democracy. Overrun by the truth of our existence: NATURE IS OUR ONLY FRIEND in time; “their decisions/ RISK EVERYTHING”. And they claim we will prove we can be gods: BY IGNITING AN ATOMIC FIRE; on a planet made entirely out of fuel. “where radiation from that fire” will melt life (proving it is “spent fuel”/ while disproving their claim; “its all magic”. While their own science proved fusion was a lie, in 2012. but pride cannot turn down trillions of dollars to spend. THEY PROVED NOTHING, about covid; other than “we saved the world/ covid didn’t happen”. Same as all fraudulent schemes of medicine throughout all of human history. Pay us: FOR magic! The people objected; and NAZI arrived, by order of “the leader”. Demanding OBEY the cult.
But then in this nation: all things are changed, “by university”; according to their claim of power and pride; the authority of “expert”. Proved to be false: Covid being just one. So the question is asked: WHAT did the universities really do for life or nation or world? Other than a thousand threats, capable, of our own extinction.
THE CRITICAL TRUTH IS; that no potential for real world change in healthcare exists: BECAUSE EVERYBODY has the same potential to need an intervention. And they all know: as is the attack against me: “just go somewhere else”/ because we won’t treat you; for saying and proving: I won’t be your slave. Even though: reality knows “medicine makes mistakes”/ just like everyone else does too/ and we must accept those mistakes, while hoping for the best. THE CURSE of medicine however is the experimentation of genetic mutilation: their demand to play god, by changing, the nature of humanity itself. NOT informing/ merely experimenting; as with covid: claiming expertise; but owning none. Because there are few choices for the patient, when government is run by a cult which worships “university is god”. To their shame. As with covid: “the money talks”/ and leaders worship money. “let the people pay”!
So: what do we need to know? “only truth survives life”. And that means: evolution has no proof of any kind/ it is pure fiction. But the universities, and their “media propagation of, believe the cult”: support it, as if it could not be wrong. Because it removes respect for life, and living: thereby “we can play god”. Establishing, instead the fact: “they can all be wrong”/ proving the fact: there is no defense for you, in an organization of people. Because only truth matters; and if they don’t like truth; by make believe; whatsoever they want. Making truth their enemy (war); just like me..”truth decides, not you”. Make them prove evolution (life comes from rocks and chaos) by the evidence: simple as that. But investigate their evidence as have I: do not simply believe. PROVING their university expertise; is limited to their fantasies. A reality demonstrating their chaos; is mutilating life. Threatening world, by proving only delusions exist. Same is true of their genetics and all extreme experimentation. Our world will die; unless the universities (people just like you; believers, in what they want) are stopped.
As is the constant of their refusal to provide the service needed to me. The threat: go find someone else, when medical services is claimed to be a business/ rather than a purpose to protect life; we must all pay for. AT A PRICE that is fair and legitimate to our existence. Rich or poor; we all die from the same things. But the war for wealth; does not cover up the truth; of what you did or did not do for life and world. Same treatment for all; is truth of life. But that don’t mean free. Reality is reality; but limited capitalism removes what is greed. By establishing our vote; decides the limits of your income/ your property/ and mine. Making democracy flourish for all, but a few.
IN TERMS OF LEGAL CONSTRUCTIONS TO REMOVE THIS PROBLEM;
ONLY, the legal authority of first amendment: REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES is adequate to forming the healthcare revolution that is needed in this USA. Because all of us making the decision for all of us; removes everyone of us, from the cost/ revenge: of being selected as an example to the rest. The war for power ends; because we remove the cause, which allows it to exist.
OR, as today, THE THREAT: “we, CAN MAKE YOU DIE”/ OR cut off a limb/ OR whatever we want; because you cannot stop the organization of “business”/ to control your life. And YOU cannot make us pay; because you don’t know the words or the realities which make a difference in the court (ruled by power)/ or gather the needs of your life (which we control). Elected, Employees of government; proving completely useless; to everything this nation needs.
So to intervene: we require: ALL OF US, TO MAKE THE DECISION; that is healthcare FOR ALL OF US. Which includes the reality of how do we pay: for honest service rendered. Which includes: when medicare, various forms of government insurance assistance, and medicaid pay for healthcare/ WE ALREADY HAVE A PUBLIC HEALTHCARE SYSTEM; used to bankrupt people first; or as the baby boomers shout; “its all free for me/ we stole it all; hurrah”. REMOVING the impediments, to real world healthcare; requires you give up the bribes, the fraud, the stealing, the failures; and return to reality. As is the truth of what we can do; by combining human existence with choices made.
DEMOCRACY MEANS; we decide for ourselves/ by our law to remove power from controlling our lives. The CORRUPTION of democracy means: the powerful create laws to control our lives/ and take over everything; to force us into slavery. Because NOW, they own it all; as with the consequences and takeover of covid/ and so much more; as provided by counterfeiting currency, using hidden taxation/ along with debts we cannot pay; to cover it up with media tells us everything we need to know. But every rich person will tell you: “somebody has to pay”/ and ravaging the world, lies, stealing, betrayal, terrorism and even worse is what universities do: to refuse that truth. Producing bribes; so the people yell: “don’t do nothing/ its a free ride”. But it is assassinating every child; which ain’t free.

TO FORM A PARTNERSHIP/ TO SAVE A NATION.
In terms of life: “I ain’t your slave, and you are NOT my savior”.
That fact explains: I am not subject to ANY claim of debt you conceive of; enforced by the extortion of body”. This as is all things human: IS A MATTER OF WORK, for a reality subject to a fair exchange/ that must be controlled by the governing of laws to share the responsibilities of being FAIR to all. They failed, as is most judicial functions or purposes beyond power fail: because the universities teach insurgency/ not obedience to democracy, as is our law. JUSTICE forms the backbone of every society that can be sustained. Without justice/ every society dies, and is cast aside. The difference is: obedience to the laws of life and world/ NOT the curse of power and pride as is when greed takes over by selfishness expanding into those who play god with the realities which keep us alive. WE CANNOT follow the dead back into their holes; without becoming tainted by their sewage. WE CAN enforce redress as is the law of our constitution/ and make the decision: TO RULE OURSELVES/ by the laws we create, as we the people shall decide now. LAW RULES LIFE/ it is not gold/ money; as liars demand. LAW decides/ but we must enforce that law with truth; and the first truth of democracy is: WE PROTECT OURSELVES, BY GOVERNING THE COURTS; deciding who is, and who is not fit; to participate in the laws we chose, as a nation/ or state. By demanding the entire legal profession: SHALL adhere to what is FAIR for all/ or be dismissed from the law; to return no more.
I will make my own decisions regarding my healthcare; because this is MY BODY/ it is not yours. And I will defend myself from untrue attempts to regulate my own ability to participate in my healthcare; by controlling choice or access to those who can aid the living. While this is legally: systemic to the administration of healthcare. It is also the question: IS THERE SOMETHING LIBELOUS in what doctors share among themselves/ to cause, a revenge, or other form of damage, prejudice, or gossip; to occur against me, and influence my healthcare? “doctors, share information” so whatever prejudice, gossip, bias crime, etc: they write about me; then, goes to the next one too. AND THAT INCLUDES: this entire nation/ along with all information transmitted to different entities potentially; around the world.. EVEN the tiny truths of gossip (AIN’T even close to the full story_) CONTINUE as if they are “judgments shared”. It matters/ as fraud can exist; and the constant is, no matter what they say to each other/ I have no recourse to defend from the prejudice or libel that may have been established over a lifetime/ by others! Whose words, will affect my treatment/ whether right or wrong: when I am in need of help.
As is refusal; for such a small thing as this/ you didn’t respect my choice for ; safeguarding my own return, and hope for health in living “beyond you”. Causing the potential “of a billion dollar charge”/ if my life is dissolved by cancer; because of your own systemic decisions.
THAT BRINGS US: TO racketeering. Or more distinctly a pattern of racketeering activities; as is using the extortion inherent in bodies of time being attacked by “healthcare concerns”; who are then unable to defend themselves from theft/or any form of attack; because they are defending themselves by need. The consequent threat is: UNLESS YOU OBEY/ we will throw you away; as is evident in this situation/ where the two entities involved DO in fact cover a wide area of influence; as is, life and living in this, Central USA. For a completely frivolous command to obey; when I did in fact prove; NO POSSIBILITY existed for them to make a decision for me. And my ride/ and my driver: did appear at the check in for surgery; and they checked to be sure he would in fact appear at a phone call. Thereby proving it is so.
The consequence of people who do take advantage of this fact; is constant. As is gauged by $76,400 dollars per hour estimated to be charged/ or the endless tests, or commands to comply; to be conducted into surgery; “to get the surgery a body requires”. As exhibits complete control over the patient, and his or her financial health. Injecting “let the government pay”; as organized, for maximum payout. While this is not an organization threatening “consequences of pain”/ it does not need to do that; as the body complies with making you accept their decisions/ allowing them access to your money, or property or future; by whatever demand they make for themselves; regardless of a right. The reality here, When in fact; this is a simple open the skin and take out what does not belong; as dictated by health. The body extorts, and the organization takes advantage of that extortion: to prove, you cannot refuse, or the cost could be even higher. TITLE 9 organized crime control act; 1970 18 U.S.C. 1961-1968.
and that brings us to the realities of “a university diploma for medical training”. Said to take thirty years of education. THE REALITY IS; nothing about our funding the claim of knowledge/ can or will be remembered over this time line. WHAT IS NEEDED TO KNOW, can and is easily taught/ in far less time/ and for far less money. Which means “the universities” are extorting money/ by claiming they must: to remove competition; thereby controlling price. When in fact they must not; because only a tiny bit of it, is relevant to the work to be done. Particularly in specialized fields.
J) TO CHOOSE REDRESS. WE ALL DECIDE: WHAT IS FAIR.
As is the constant of my own personal history: I AM MORE CONCERNED WITH “BEING ME”/ than I am with smaller elements of: holding other people responsible for what they do; because being me/ does not include letting YOU, change me. However this is: healthcare for me; and that does not include letting you refuse what humanity has spent “trillions of tears” to find. Therefore if we must fight; so be it. And it will incorporate the delusions of people who believe they can play god with life or world; because they threaten me/ AND you; ALL with extinction.
THE PENALTY PHASE: in accordance with constitutional corrections that must be made over time, “when all other methods have failed”. The purpose of constitutional redress: WE THE PEOPLE WILL DECIDE NOW!
Arises as the only method still legally authorized; to participate as we the people; defending our democracy from insurgency. To correct what is wrong/ by deciding we must do, what we must do; for life and nation and world. Thereby avoiding the civil war that plagues humanity, throughout history; under the direction of its “male leaderships”.
WHAT HEALTHCARE MUST BECOME; IS A DECISION FOR US ALL; we must face the truth: “no one should die of little things/ but we all have to die from the big things; as is nature decides now. That includes changes to prescription medicines/ because we can be refused. And all forms of healthcare; deciding what can and cannot be: “private enterprise/ business”. And so on.
Payment for healthcare: SHALL NOT be subject to the screamers, or failures, or government pays/ or rich. TRUTH DECIDES, is our only version of success and survival/ because anything less has no comprehension of fair play. Or as with the last trip I made to the dentist; which is healthcare/ I paid $5,000.00 for work done, within an hour; that did not last one month.
This AIN’T no game/ and bankruptcy because of healthcare; is a crisis of constant delusion (its just business); because rarely is it fair. A COST; Making marriage stop (we will be homeless, because of you), suicides begin (an entire lifetime of work is gone), and all forms of child abuse a reality; because anger will make; “somebody has to pay”.
The reason: EXTORTION provided by the body itself: produces compliance/ the ability to take more than you deserve. And that requires legal protection from the constant greed and selfishness; called human. The war: to be rich.
As provided by me, to the litigants here: THERE ARE OTHER SOLUTIONS, than your own demand to play god, with me. I did nothing to ask for trial/ only to ask for “remove the lump”; as is a risk to my life. I refuse “frivolous results”; even if I die/ because you didn’t care; as is the constant cost of “University knows”; a cult religion. They believe: they are exempt/ doing anything they want; because life is at risk. But this is not even directed at “medicine”. This trial is about administration of the rules, realities, work, and payments, charged to each one. The claim of medical; falls short, for failing to do surgery/ discarding my entire purpose for appearing to healthcare. And throwing me away for providing for myself; as is a verified driver that would, and did; pick me up; as soon as I called. Proving nobody makes decisions for me/ as destroys the claim; “somebody has too”.
But that does not mean: I would not release “the legal wolves”/ same as you do; to attack and bankrupt everyone they can, without mercy. That is my decision; if the cost to me is loss of limb, or death.
For a claim of legal, yet fundamental failure you made; to discard me. As if my life did not matter; a prejudice established; which is not frivolous, or insignificant to healthcare properly done. Is not tolerated by medicare enforced. As is a governmental responsibility.
To my inheritors or others as I direct. The purpose here is punishment to those who refused to care/ simple as that. Not because I am owed that care/ truth doesn’t care: but because the medical industry has bankrupted so many, and refused to care. Let them taste their truth. “their truth” is not my concern: “isn’t that right?” same/ same.
While the claim is “medicine is financially in trouble” for many. The reality is: as demonstrated here: THEIR PRICE is an extortion. And without doubt the wages the primary administration pays themselves; is massive. Which means; the price “let government pay” is producing; does not help the poor/ so much as it produces income for the wealthy.
SO LETS REVIEW:
for the sake of a rule; I am denied healthcare; by both organizations claiming to be in business for that purpose. Even though medicare and insurance will pay; all but a small amount. Because the administration says: the rule is more important than you. So finding myself denied care/ I said to administration and the doctor “this is unfair”. Providing one month for them to “make a better choice”; because the reality of confronting means some will not wish to do this work for me/ that I need. So the end result is: find someone who will do the work. And between the two organizations which control nearly all medical care for this very large area: they not only refused “even new doctors” to do the work/ or refused to provide a list of doctors to me who would do the work; as was the purpose of that time I provided. Christie clinic chose to evict me instead/ and no indication of acceptance; no attempt to do better. Was provided by Carle in the “form letter” they sent; at the end of the scheduled time I allotted. To insure; the most damage possible, by whatever this lump is; would be done to me. As the do know the costs of a potential cancer; and choose to wait.
I find it odd: that the one time, I decided “humanity choose to be extinct”/ therefore I WON’T care; just remove the lump; like all the rest. That now, I need to fight instead. Instead of: As proven by the evidence of “a thousand threats” capable of making this earth extinct. Why then care?
Nonetheless; this threat exposes me to the tyranny of “organized money”; who are deliberately removing the competition [with counterfeit currency; provided by the insurgents of government] so as to be the only choice for the vast majority; so they can charge even more; or remove whosoever they please; who will not call them “gods: as is OBEY damn you obey”. These are threats to an entire nation; and reality knows: it includes the monopoly of business/ banking/ news media/ universities/ and the end of “small business”. In medicine it is as reality of pain and suffering divides and conquers; in areas which are no game. Because life or death; reveals there is no want/ only tears or happiness. In all other things: we have no option for ourselves/ because only a tiny few control it all. Paid for: by counterfeiting our currency/ and creating debts we cannot pay. Which ends with war.
So as is the reality of my life: I will do the best I can/ as that is all I got/ and accept what must be accepted; like billions of other people around the world who have no options other than to do the same. We all die, and at 72 years old; we all have to prepare/ even if time will decide, not us.
Functionally, to gather ourselves together and unite means: like the revolutionary war. It is not about “everything you don’t have”/ but about everything you do have. To establish: I accept, this is in our best interest as a society joined; for the purpose of a nation or world: is elemental to creating unity, when it is true. To choose to spread that message, and say “I am here”; is a choice!
So the question is: are you willing to stand up for what is true? That democracy should decide our future. NOT the people who want control!
Are you willing to accept: the limits and boundaries of law, the precepts of peace, harmony, and happiness: must rule our lives with justice and fair play for all?
TODAY; we are all faced with the delusion that want is enough/ it is not! Which means: truth must decide for us all. To obtain that truth; the evidence must not be tainted, and the acknowledgment of evidence must be true for the entire nation. Then we decide by our vote.
