Justice

In this AMERICA; the foundation of government is by “constitutional contract”; democracy. That means we hire people to enable the enforcement of our laws, and create the methods required for governing ourselves by law. The contract is the constitution: which allows for all to understand as best they can; what the functions and foundations of being government of WE THE PEOPLE actually are.

Therefore the constitution is the government/ and our employees work for us according to the demands and purposes of that contractual obligation as defined in the three stages of our contract with them. First stage is the preamble; and it asserts what type and kind of governing shall be done for us. It is not whatever the employees say; this is the governing decree of what government is suppose to be for this United States of America. That is the job assigned and created by the preamble for WE THE PEOPLE ARE OWNERS HERE.

The second stage of that contract is: the methods and means of governing are set out in detail for those who work for us. So they understand their duties and responsibilities to ourselves and our future as a nation; defined, enforced, and created by laws. Which identify and create the justice, fair play, and constant decision for equity we all desire to live as a society conceived within peace/ rather than war.

The third stage of that contract identifies the freedoms and liberties and duties assigned by law to the people. It allows for rights, and forms protections against other people who want power over us/ pride to demand they are superior to us/ or wants beyond what is honest or fair to life in this society. THIS IS OUR DEMOCRACY. And of all things governing life in this society by that democracy; the most important of these legal rights (enforceable in a court of our law). Is the constitutional reality of redress of grievances.

REDRESS MEANS: we the people own the final say, in what our employees of government are, or will accept on our behalf, or will create as risks that are going to be, or is allowed to participate in, or how the law, money, weapons, or other; of our land, earth, nature, and world shall be respected; the future of life and nation shall be protected. WITHOUT war! Because redress is our enforcement of the constitutional guarantee: WE THE PEOPLE OWN THIS NATION, STATE, within the limits and boundaries of our own constitutional contract. And must enforce those limits and boundaries on our employees; by taking them into redress court. So that we the people and our employees; DO FULLY UNDERSTAND what the evidence shall prove is true. IT IS OUR DECISION AS OWNERS, what then shall come forth as our decision/ by our public vote; and a fair percentage of people voting yes for change; will be.

We are the owners here; and have distinct legal rights; which do not fall under the supervision of the courts. WE OWN THE COURTS, PRESIDENCY, EVERYTHING; they are the employees hired to work for us/ NOT our rulers. THE LAW RULES US ALL, every single one. But only the law that is within the boundaries and purposes and intent of our constitutional government, and its contract which unites WE THE PEOPLE in fair play and justice for all.

TO ENFORCE REDRESS; as is our legal answer to a government cascading out of control/ by the insurgency, rebellion, and anarchy of universities, having taking control.

WE MUST identify the truth of our reliance upon this government: to make the correct decisions, which allow for safety and securities that will enable the future of life and nation to be secured. Therefore we cannot discard the duty and responsibilities: of sustaining A TRUE AND CORRECT DEFINITION OF DEMOCRACY/ because it is our anchor, by law; “our flag”; to life as contractually defined, in this United States of America.

Therefore redress is mandatory, and cannot be discarded as the courts have done; to keep the powerful in charge of our lives/ rather than democracy which is WE THE PEOPLE WILL DECIDE NOW, instead.

NOTHING is more certain of our need to intervene: than universities experimentation with “trying to ignite the same fire here as is on the sun: an atomic fire/ which burns the bond in atoms for fuel”. Which will turn this earth into a sun; by its very definition of self sustaining fire/ with radiation that can kill us from 94 million miles away without ozone..

OR their extreme religious delusions of evolution which fantasize that life is built with chaos/ so they can inject chaos into life and nature; and thereby play god, by creating something new. Because they don’t have to respect anything; if its all an accident. To their shame/ as little is less true.

To survive weapons of mass destruction; we must enforce world law and then remove those weapons from every nation.

To survive ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING HUMANITY DOES; to curse this earth. WE MUST understand the consequences of being wrong/ and the realities of what is true; BY THE EVIDENCE/ not your beliefs.

To survive as a nation: bankruptcy must occur/ so that we go back to reality. And discard all delusions; which make the rich richer by fraud and criminal intent/ while turning all the rest into their slaves. It cannot be continued; or extinction will come.

And so much more, it is pathetic; as has been “universities in charge”.

TO ENFORCE REDRESS AS OUR METHOD AND MEANS OF TAKING BACK CONTROL OVER OUR DEMOCRACY: the reality is!

The simple solution; is to refuse taxation/ UNTIL REDRESS AS IS THE LAW, has been established in its actual purpose and truth of existence. No game/ no illusions/ no obstacles: REAL WORLD COURT, WITH ALL EYES WATCHING. Foundations of evidence prepared/ moratoriums created/ and the decisions required to facilitate a vote; to establish our decision as WE THE PEOPLE.

THAT does not mean: you don’t pay the tax/ it MEANS collecting THE TAX IS PREDICATED ON: our employees obeying our law, as a nation or state. REDRESS IS THE LAW, and it is GUARANTEED TO US ALL; as our protection from tyranny, or the disgrace that government has become. Therefore we shall have redress to prove what is true/ to prove what is not true/ to identify what has failed us all/ and to correct the values and laws, of those we hired to do better.

We are the workers: and without our acceptance and assistance from that work/ both nations and armies stop. Because resources are required to survive. Those tyrants which have then taken what they wanted; are forced to enslave or die/ because what has been prepared is gone.

TO AVOID THAT; a soldiers bill of rights: YOU WORK FOR US ALONE AS A NATION/ and shall not destroy the law we all require in this society. By accepting commands that are NOT worthy of you or us all. That bill or rights grants immunity from a failure to obey/ when you have chosen to protect the nation instead.

WE ARE THE MILITARY, WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT, WE ARE THE JUDGE OVER OUR DEMOCRACY AND OUR FUTURE; it is no other, and we will not be enslaved to destroy ourselves.

To sustain ourselves: the critical truth of WHAT AND WHY, will we change this; and to what? Becomes a foundation principle of governing. Therefore people must be found to honor that decision and create the fundamentals for that vote. To change what needs to be changed. To enable democracy to be “fully formed”: today, as is our legal right.

 

There are only three choices for life:

1. the challenge of love is to be at peace, and find value, with what you do have. Accepting love is an eternal life; for those who find it. “truth is a destiny”.

2. The opposite is to judge, and find contempt with life, and form hate to prove the violence in your heart of evil, has an outlet called fear. An eternal death; depicted by what you did do.

3. The animal; “wants what it wants/ and screams give me what I want: or I will take it”. Because as time will prove true; this body ends, and life on earth vanishes forever. a fate; created by your choices.

Which you choose; defines and identifies you. “which makes, the truth of you:  the judge of your existence”.

The warning is: life and living shall not go on as it is today! Humanity under “male rule”; chooses the violence that destroys life and earth with “arrogance, apathy, and disrespect; as the universities prove true”.

So the question is: “CAN women do better, than this”?

The answer is hidden, because they have not been given the opportunities to rule. The decision is then: to refuse extinction as “ten thousand years of male domination”; demand. And let women try; to save this earth from extinction; because all the evidence points that way is soon to come. And they control “human population growth”; another guarantee of extinction; if not stopped.

The answer is: LAW MUST RULE, so whoever makes that law, with value; rules the earth and its fate or future. ANYTHING LESS will be “catastrophe”, and its hell.  NO; you can’t wait and see! All living things can die/ including this entire living world.

LIFE IS: the ascent into truth! Complied by your own choices, to prove your own identity. It cannot be done by anyone else; it is YOUR job. Therefore as with me, your decisions form the complexity of your life; and its direction. Beyond self; Its translation by the spiritual world; to be “what life needs you to be”.

Or more distinctly: it is the boundary line between life or death; based upon the purity of your truth, the destiny of your love/ fail and you die; simple as that. “fear” and if returned to time; you will experience schizophrenia. All who can; enter here at the end of time; to be “sorted”. The element of discovery, that allows for “a spiritual life” in time; elevates respect into truth, and it is that truth that defines the critical path allowed. NOT, for the fearful, as it is a dangerous place; that has no mercy at all. Nonetheless; it is incredibly interesting; and allows for an education found no where else.

 

A partition; between life and death; where time subjects itself to truth. Truth then becomes the infinity of laws which cannot be broken. “a defined space: that understands an environmental change”. Life altered, by choices made.

Death is the destruction of life, which allows for your own decisions to become your own grave; as the isolation of self, has no living thing in it; not even you, as is found in hate.

The animal represents “all behaviors beyond love or hate”; as the illusion of time confines the animal to their decision: “I will take what I want/ to hell with the rest; who have no value to me.” the basis of war, greed, selfishness, and more. Want creates the believer/ pride selects the games humanity will play/ and power decides from the righteous, to the revenge; what humanity will do.

“the universities intellectual” SCREAMS: you can’t prove ANY of that! Demanding they are gods instead, and will do anything they like, without paying for consequences. Because they are believers; and they have a “book” to prove it is so.

REALITY HOWEVER looks only at the evidence of truth; and knows beyond any doubt: that life is a miracle of thought. A Creation of truth, by the laws which respect, discipline and order will come first. Because as with the human body itself: a heart without blood or muscles or the means to feed itself/ or the bones to build a structure, has no value unless you can tie them together, and make them move by the decisions of a brain; which provide the freedoms of energy released “by me or you’. Their success in plant biology; is to remove every form of biological immunity/ so it can be attacked by death pandemic’s.

We can however prove: unless geneticists are stopped; they WILL create Armageddon; as is nature in chaos. Because that is what they do; and only one mistake/ can degrade or kill “everything”; as is the cost of a disease. All plants for food will die, because they cannot stop themselves; THEY WANT the money, power, and pride.

THEIR PURE STUPIDITY “of the religion called evolution” is beyond comprehension! None of it is a game, and none of it is an accident or the result of billions of years, and none of it is understood by your geneticists; because reality does prove it is too complex for humanity to understand. And yet they say: “we can dry every tear/ and make nature better”. To their shame; “their decision” is to cause nature to collapse, because they then believe they can learn how to put it back together again. so they can create “new living things”.

Their pure stupidity; is, As is proven by the people trying to ignite a nuclear fire here; to disassemble the earth into a sun. To consume all life, and earth;  by fire. The reason: “they want to prove they can be gods”.

By not releasing that energy into space. The electron “sips” energy out, to form the boundaries of our world; and lets us limit it to what we can understand. As truth and consequences we can control. Atomic energy is not that; as the sun so clearly proves true; AND YET, the massive impact of universities and all its resources: TRIES TO IGNITE ATOMIC FIRE HERE; which is all their reactors can do. Where “everything is fuel”.

Billions of years here; is dis-proven entirely; by the understanding: OUR SUN EXISTS by the burning of atoms, a resource; that is entirely unlike the “magic” of university intellectuals who describe the sun as pure fantasy. WE FEEL THE HEAT, which means a resource is being burned; because that heat is the transfer of fuel consequences; that has been burned, to us. The supernova; elevates that loss by proving when the sun about to explode; shrinks enough to cause overheating which releases MORE fuel. IT THEN goes into an acceleration of “burned fuel” to cause a rapid heat release; until the sun goes supernova which means: it can no longer release enough cold to stop the reaction of fuel in the fire.

It then explodes in a supernova atomic energy event; to push out what will become a proton in an atom. While the reality of reaction to that explosion implodes the central core; which cannot escape; and the energy MUST then turn back onto itself; which is how a dark energy/ black hole is formed; if conditions are correct. The pulsar ejects dark matter which then becomes the neutron of an atom.

The foundation being: IF THE SUN, were billions of years old. TO SURVIVE the massive fuel required over that time; MEANS IT HAD TO BE MUCH LARGER. Which means no life would have survived upon this planet; until it had cooled to nearly the degree that is constant today. So the sun itself proves; NO billions of years for this solar system existed. Another myth of universities exploded by truth of reality.
