for the purposes of TRULY EXAMINING: THE COST OF BEING WRONG/ on so many things that can cause our extinction from this planet.
I DO AGREE; to provide at a cost of_____ _waiting for farmer_____________ the property requested/ for the sake of doing this work as described in the websites www.jamesfosterbur.com www.brainfirst.info and www.justtalking7.info the website www.workend.info can be taken over by the organization of women who will come and do the work; for whatever uses you want/ that are legitimate and legal.
The agreement is: so long as you are doing the work for
examining the cost of being wrong and creating the laws which are to be used in REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES; “WE THE PEOPLE” WILL DECIDE NOW.
The lease of the property; payment in full at the beginning: as is the lease.
EVICTION will occur; IF you FAIL TO: continue month by month WORKING; however, so long as you produce a realistic amount of work for this purpose; each month/ that will not occur. The lease runs Until the end of March 2026; OR UNTIL you vacate the premises; as is the work required for this lease to function; is not done. The lease can be extended: because after 50 years of work, there should be something to show for that effort; as is “the best I could do” to aid and abet: BOTH LIFE AND WORLD shall survive.
I live in the middle of farm ground; so renting more ground from someone close by; should be possible. But there is NO LEASE AGREEMENT: UNLESS YOU PROVIDE AT LEAST 1,000 INDIVIDUALS who are working for this purpose. Nothing less is considered: sufficient to do anything of value for a world.
As to the work itself: there are realistic water supplies available under the property. There is no sewage currently to handle the waste of a large group/ but methods for dealing with livestock; can be found. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for every aspect of life/ living/ communication/ damage or steal/ liability/ food/ EVERYTHING YOU NEED/ DO/ OR CONSUME. Which includes returning the property to its former state; unless I deem it acceptable the way it is left.
I will agree to leave if you wish: ITS YOUR JOB/ NOT MINE.
However, I will request a realistic rent, for supporting similar conditions; for whatever time you need.
If you desire me to stay; it may or may not be required for you to provide a lead lined room or small lead lined cabin for sleeping to get away from the noise. As I do have severe tinnitus; and cannot tolerate specific frequencies. If on the house two sides can be butted up with lead on the outside so you can resell/ and two sides can be butted up with lead on the inside; so they can be taken down and resold; as lead is now expensive. Entirely up to you.
This is about the curse of people who have no brain: and thereby threaten life on earth/ or they are intentionally trying to exterminate life on earth. Either way they could be dangerous: I accept no responsibility/ nor do I apply any to you.
But this work also includes the foundations of change that are consistent with: BUILDING A NEW WORLD ORDER. As with world law governing us all, by our own decisions. “limited capitalism” so that war is not going to creep up on us/ because a few have too damn much control over powerful things; which ultimately means true democracy has come. And the critical insistence: TRUTH WILL DECIDE/ NOT YOUR BELIEFS, or anything other than real world evidence as is the best we can from all view points of interest to the work. Such as remodeling healthcare and much more. This is your chance to rebuild a life we can use to create peace and harmony on earth.
IT NEED NOT be done here/ nor should all of it be done here. BUT IT MUST BE DONE; or the evidence which does not lie/ proves our time left will be short and horrendous. Belief is useless/ because only truth decides. While lies have ruled over the male version of living throughout history; as wars (consequences) prove true. The foundation of this work MUST BE TRUTH. Because the foundation of lies; that, is where the trail of university plays god leads; will make you extinct.
It is the arrogance/ apathy/ and disrespect of university; along with its thievery, failures, and fantasy; that dispense the irritation with killing an entire world with your delusions. Not the purpose of finding what is true/ but accepting the limits and boundaries that are consistent with living; ON THIS FINITE PLANET. Where wrong, such as igniting SUN FIRE here on earth/ is extermination by HADES (endless terror for you).
I have done my job: YOUR TURN. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR PEDIGREE OR DIPLOMA’S; only an organization of women whose desire it is: to fight (not a game) for life and world. your desire to make a difference with law, by truth; for justice, A FUTURE; and fair play to all. THAT IS THE DEAL.
And all the people say: “we don’t want to do anything”! So, I remind you: “you don’t have too”/ you only have to die instead! because the evidence of a dying world is real. the point of no return is real/ and a living world: can die. THIS, is no game/ the price of being wrong is extinction.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEALING WITH “GOVERNMENT”; and all other things involved in this work. I have finished my job/ YOUR TURN. your choice. “any where you want to go”; your choice/ as is the failure to work.
As to housing: the simple method is to use round bales of hay. These can be stacked up two high/ thirty feet apart or so/ with a steel roof panel held on both ends and in the middle if needed. All of these things can be taken back apart and resold simply. If here in the cold/ insulation can be added to the roof.
If you prefer; you can build side by side, individual sleeping rooms on a skid (about a thousand dollars, heated, lit, bed and with a desktop; per unit)/ which will then be trailer-ed away; to be used for homeless at the end of your use.
In the real world: if you wait long enough for the crop to be out/ this year its corn. That corn stalk can be baled for_____________ making it much cheaper/ while it does not have to be sold; IT CAN be spread back out on the ground. bale size is 4′ x 5′ on average.
WHY? BEAR IN MIND: ONE SINGLE SECOND, too late/ AND IGNITION OF AN ATOMIC FIRE: AS THEY SAY “JUST LIKE THE SUN”! ENDS ALL CHOICES FOREVER. So don’t take too damn long. THAT IS, the price for being wrong.
A slurry tank is used for collecting sewage/ and a truck hauls it away; you pay. Or the simple solution is; find a truck tanker to haul/ fill it with a pump; and replace it with another. This can be spread on the ground “elsewhere”/ or there are two small sewage plants about 6 & 10 miles away in two directions.
A reefer truck trailer; holds cold and ice; and so on. But bear in mind; if you want me here/ noise is critical. You can cook on simple barbecue grills. But a water storage tank of suitable size will need to be bought or rented; there are two wells here (one not working currently), which running continually can pump a lot of water.
“the ritz it ain’t”; good or bad for you: I DON’T know/ but real, honest work does not require that. And distractions can be used to infiltrate and destroy with compromises. Regardless as with everything else: this can be used/ and it is “all I got” to offer. Your choice. No real internet here; but a fiber optic line was installed in the road ditch next to the house on this side; as best I remember it. To feed the phone substation in Royal, IL 1.5 MILES away/ from Rantoul IL 20 miles away; or there is satellite (I live in a cellular dead spot; works but poor).
A satellite map will show the property; while you can lease the entire 51 acres + house place. For reference extending the house grounds north to the road equals 3.4 acres plus a little more to equal 5 acres. Which will hold 3 lines of “this type of housing”, with space; which becomes at one hundred sq feet per person equals room; for about 375 people. How much space is needed; depends entirely on how long you stay. Additional expenses will exist. ”utilities and so forth”. don’t forget it will get cold; realities will be required, along with the money to support them.
Commercial walk-in freezers [JUST THE BOX; assembled or taken down in a few hours; resold]; are an excellent choice; a window can be added. The outside dimensions of my outside; office space/ freezer converted with = size; 11′ x 13′ has a large desk/ twin bed/ 1500 watt heater/ carpet; all you need except “bathroom”. Regardless of what you choose if you come here; assuming only one lease as described; the need to remove everything by the end of march is necessary; and will begin in one form or another in February. If you choose to extend the time; an additional payment will be made to the farmer; as he must make preparations/ has expenses too. EVEN SO; it takes a major amount of work to come here; electricity and so on. Consider it carefully. the benefit: I will NOT back away. LIFE OR DEATH of this world, does not allow for failure.
You could build a SMALL cabin; within limits [SPACE IS LIMITED]; as is mine; trucked in, “easily unloaded”/ & trucked out; when the reality is done. Sewer is limited to “RV style”. These will be placed at the outer edge.
I suppose, the organization of women in charge of this work; could place a “suitable more permanent style structure” here; so long as we agree; but if you leave the structure stays or goes at my request.. “ONE SECOND TOO LATE”, AND GENETIC COLLAPSE, WORLD WAR, ATOMIC FIRE, AND ALL THE REST; COULD EASILY DICTATE. “TOO DAMN LATE”. But if you must, it is probable; if the purpose is real. While that is compromise; it is within the limits; if necessary to get the work done.
Unfortunately: the universities HAVE BEEN in full charge of this nation, and this world for at least the last fifty years/ along with their political puppets; and lies, theft, betrayal and terrorism; more. So to the people who say: “let the universities do it”/ or the politicians. I remind them they did have their chance and failed both life and world. Completely discarding the future with “let the children pay”/ to HELL with them; we want what we want. So make up your mind: life or death, by democracy rules us now. Which means WE THE PEOPLE WILL DECIDE FOR OURSELVES NOW! While I have not much faith in people; THIS IS our only true course of action, to save this planet. So, it is what it is; and we will receive, for life or death; whatever the truth says, they choose.
All the people have a say, and a right to make the evidence be heard. NONE have a right to manipulate the evidence or taint its truth. “universities included”. Our world/ our decision: simple as that. IT TAKES A TRUE LEGALLY ENFORCED, MORATORIUM: TO STOP the people who cause extinction and its HELL to occur. CHOOSE/ but don’t forget to deny them utilities; and collect their information; so they cannot continue in secret. MAKING CERTAIN, they don’t arise somewhere else on this planet. THAT, will buy you time; far more important than you think possible.
YOU CAN RESET THE TIME; but you cannot avoid the truth, that without logistics NOTHING is going to happen/ and that means within the next two months/ YOU MUST if you are coming here. MAKE DECISIONS, and produce the work that will enable at least one thousand people to survive here, while they work. There are choices that must be made/ and work for life to be done. SIGN YOUR NAME: AND STAND UP TO SHOUT, “I AM HERE”: and, “WE CANNOT LET THEM BE WRONG”/ we will not let the universities and more: DESTROY OUR WORLD! as have I.
Its not a game/ and the battle for law, the demand for justice: won’t happen unless you do.

Warning is given: IF you have tinnitus/ DO NOT come here, as the reality of my own tinnitus has been using roughly 12 feet of sound deadening materials/ between me and the grain elevator/ trains; which ships roughly 1 million bushels per day at least 6 days a week/ roughly 2 million bushels a week in summer. and it is no longer enough. Making this NOT a friendly place for you.
That is another area of reality you need to address: as a train can haul one million bushels with two engines/ whereas a truck can legally haul 800 bushels=1250 trucks to fill a million bushel train. DO YOU SEE THE DIFFERENCE, and how many resources are lost, pollution and heat is released? As is global warming in real world terms.
Government just means: former classmates, and they are not “god”. An introduction into the true meaning of democracy is required/ because rules only make rulers; they are not laws, and must be confined by law in order to be true. The purpose being: WHAT WORKS/ not the dead wash of human misery as is power.
DEMOCRACY, IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS: IS ON OUR SIDE! if they wish to interfere/ let them pay.
THIS WILL BE THE FINAL TIME; that I try to work with you for the sake of this world/ or its life/ or its future. THIS IS THE FINAL TIME, I will offer this farm for the work/ or provide my time to your purposes. Because the real world ends with “university ignition of fusion (a million mile long flame; just like the sun; which will prove to be self sustaining plasma”/ a lie, “we can play god”; like so many are. And they are closer than you think/ which means; the door to Hades will soon open. Armageddon (nature in chaos/ genetic mutilation and more) will soon be released. The Apocalypse (war for water/ poisoned or lost), is very near. And all FORMS OF HELL which includes war, because you let the universities steal everything; from the world/ and humanity will want war. Just to start/ because time is up: the lies of “no consequences for us”; is over. Believe it/ or not. Truth will decide.
ONCE AGAIN: THIS IS about preparations for redress trial/ deliberations for law/ real world realities of evidence, and the cost of being wrong/ fundamental acceptance of truth decides/ changes we the people must vote on/ changes we the people can enforce/ changes to our world; MORE. As women would declare for themselves. YOUR TURN; no excuses/ and you must take responsibility for your choices. and just so its functionally recognized: I personally do not believe this USA will pass by this fall, without a economic depression. Therefore you should consider that in your thinking as well. in case it comes true!
YOU CAN do that anywhere; but unless you organize into a real world force to be reckoned with: men will just laugh at you/ and steal your work. Make a decision, and enforce it! And yes I have given up on men: for fifty years I have been talking to them without any success or recognition of what is true. YOUR TURN.
BUT REMEMBER THIS: “There ain’t nothing here, that spells vacation”/ this is work, this is your truth, this is women in charge for a better world. And that fundamentally WILL TAKE TIME, and effort; to accomplish. Believe it/ as that is true. YOU NEED WOMEN ACROSS THIS WORLD TO PARTICIPATE; and that means in their own ways, and in their own nations, as best they can. No turning back; make your own decision.
So then we return to the single decision; men and their universities claim to be gods/ claim, we do what we do, because we have too; and we won’t change. Not a single decision is made with “open eyes, all have closed minds/ the cost of being wrong”; as the cult worshipers shout: we don’t have to listen to you! And they don’t; freedom is freedom. Pride is pride; “we want to win”.
I NEED OPEN EYES, with an OPEN MIND; to let truth decide not your belief or your wants; but reality itself must prove what is true. So today; that search is for women/ because fifty years later, men failed. ARE YOU READY TO LET THE universities; BE WRONG/ “its your world too”, as is the cost of EXTINCTION!

The constant human decision: WHAT DOES HE GET/ and gossip follows?
The answer: is simple, soon to be 72 years old; the only thing of real importance to me is eternity. Preparations for that event of change in living/ and how pure can I be; within the certainty of truth, love, and hope.
The questions of heart and soul enter into that; and must participate in the environments of thought; which will become my home in eternity.
The answer then to gossipers, as well is: I care very little about what you believe/ it is your belief; it is not mine. Truth will decide for us all/ no belief will matter. Because what you believe is determined by what you want/ and want is the sign of an animal; not me. I did my job; if the spiritual world of female has more/ I will do it. Because believe it or not: my eternity has become intertwined with female existence/ and I have yet to understand what that truly means. Even so: I am grateful for her presence/ because without it, I would have failed this job, miserably. Doesn’t mean: “I did not contribute/ instead it means: WE did the best we could.”
